The 2020-2022 BMW S1000RR presented us with an interesting challenge when we saw it roll out for the first time. Its unique rear stock lighting gave us some abnormal design challenges that we concur with our creative approach and easy installation method. Our exclusive In-Tail LED Integrated Tail Light installs within the two pockets located on the undertail, creating a seamless and complimentary design when viewing your S1000RR from any angle. The color and texture matched ABS plastic enclosures match the surrounding undertail panel, making the lights look like a natural fit on the S1000RR. The three high-power LEDs in each unit sit on different axes, creating a wide cone of light, while the illuminated base ring provides side-profile light for added visibility when viewing from the sides or front of the bike. Each kit installs with OEM-style plugs, meaning you don't have to cut, splice, or solder any wires - simply plug them in and your wiring job is done. You can even customize your set by choosing the anodized ring color to match the rest of your bike's style. It's time to ditch the stock lighting for a clean and creative solution that enhances the design of your BMW S1000RR with modern aesthetics and increased brightness. - Авто та транспорт
I don’t even own this bike, I just like watching installation videos. I must say - this is absolutely clever in the way it mounts. The guy designing this stuff is probably one of the best aftermarket parts designers / engineers out there.
Its the same guy presenting the installation, Bart
@@TSTindustries Really? I thought it was someone else. Had a nerdy guy in mind. Can you maybe do a video on how you guys approach a new design? How you approach existing features of the bike when you are looking for a solution in fitting aftermarket lights etc. That would be really insightful. The designs are so good, that it looks as though it was done by the manufacturer before the release of the bike.

Glad to help!
Absolutely LOVE and appreciate the attention to detail of the instalation video. Top notch and I love how he gives us time to follow along IRL without having to pause or rewind. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent guide, really impressed with how thorough you are and makes this such a simple mod that looks fantastic. Can’t wait to fit mine tomorrow.
Thanks for the love and support!
Just ordered this !! Was waiting ages for this ! Well done 👍🏿
Hope you enjoy it!
Finally! A solution for the stock fender and rear tail lights! Looks amazing!
Glad you like it!
Just got my kit in the mail this past Thursday! Delivery wasn’t supposed to be till today (Saturday) you guys shipped it out quick! Going to install mine tomorrow. Looks so awesome very well built. Can’t wait to install it🤙🏽
Well, did you get it all installed? Do you have any feedback?
@@TSTindustries I DID ITS FREAKIN AWESOME! I created a video for you guys should I upload it to my channel??

Ordered , thanks guys . I'll save this vid. 👍🏼🙏🏼
Just installed mine on my 2022 using this tutorial. Thanks
Installation video well thought of, nice execution. Waiting on mail to put these in!
Thank you. Hopefully mail is turbo-mail for you and you get your new toys real soon.
That's it ordered. Can't wait. looks really easy to install with the help of this video. Thanks. :)
Great to hear!
Very good quality instructions I will order one.
Just ordered this 1 hour after they became available. I had bought the NRC fender from motomillion but when I found out these were coming I canceled that as fast as my fat fingers could type. Can't wait to install these on my new 2021 S1000rr. Great installation video. Almost too instructive but not everyone is techy 🤷. Big thanks.
Thanks for the love and support!
Excellent design and super clean looking. Can't wait to bring the R7 out!
Thanks Dan. Let is clear away the Grom work and we will get you in here
Beautiful design ! What a huge improvement from stock oem, the lights are the brightest by far !!!
Thanks you, thank you.
Bought 3 mins after the release......can't wait.....so excited!!!
Love to hear that!
That kit is seriously cool definitely be looking to purchase this kit when I get my S1000RR at the end of the year thanks for the upload
I hope you do. I think you will like it even more when it gets installed on your new bike.
Just installed this fine product along with the adjustable fender eliminator on my 2022 S1000RR. Thank you for the easy to follow instructions. The fender eliminator was probably bit more ‘tricky’ to figure out, in terms of which way the brackets are pointing etc no big deal, nothing a pause here and there on the video couldn’t fix 😉 Greetings from Australia 👋 Happy safe riding and a Merry Christmas to everyone.
Thank you so much for that message. It means a lot to our team to be affirmed by a customer that is clearly enjoying our work. Merry Christmas and safe riding to you as well. Cheers!
Absolutely brilliant instructional video. I’m a complete novice but the information was so good even I was able to follow it. The fender eliminator video is excellent too. Thank you TST Industries 🙏💪👍
That's awesome. Another customer success. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Amazing
How are you running the power wire for the plate light (passenger peg mount)? Does it fit through the tiny gap between the plastic undertail sections or did you drill a hole?
Just placed my order :)
One wish is that the closeout was part of the kit. Another $60 (tax and shipping) seems a bit steep. Or at least with the plate kit. NRC does that well
@@mrvann tail lights and fender eliminator/closeout components are completely separate systems in all of our parts categories. What do we say to the guys that only want a tail light system. We can't require them to eat the cost of a closeout they don't need when just wanting a tail light. If you examine the NRC business model and compare the level of design sophistication to ours you will realize that you cannot compare the two technologies.
@@TSTindustries You sound sensitive over a wish. Didn't speak to quality of product negatively. Hell I bought the system. Relax a bit. Nothing wrong wishing there was a bundle that included the closeout. Cheers
@@mrvann didn't mean to come across in any way. Whenever I answer these comments I typically do it concisely and without much emotion. Unless someone starts a joke and it makes me chuckle, then that's a different story.
I might buy the bike just to install this on it. looks very sick.
Hehehe...nice. Thank you for the compliment
I'm from Brazil and I really wanted to import the R3 rear light that you manufacture, how do I import it? do you have a website? ad on Amazon?
Seriously? Each one of our videos has a link back to the product we are installing and we mention TSTindustries.com several times in each video.
When will you guys be restocking them?
Soon. Put your email in the product page to be notified once they are back in stock.
Waiting for the 23 models to be released! Coming soon!
Just a design thought but instead of round lights protruding, I think it would look awesome with shark gill like lines of light sitting beneath a lens in those tail pockets. Maybe even without a lens. I know the costs would likely be higher but I think something like that would look even better an more in line with the sharp lines of the bike. I did order the kit for my new bike that I'm picking up in about a week.
Thank you for sharing your idea. In my early design approach I generated several types of models, one of them being an enclosed set of emitters behind a lens resulting in something similar to what you described. The one I chose to develop into the product was just what spoke to me the most. In some cases I choose to develop the unexpected, the has-not-been-done-yet, the surprise. In this case it worked out well. I think we stormed the market with this product. If I had to do it all over again, I woudl still choose to go this route.
@@TSTindustries They’re great lights and a nice design. I think something with lines like a shark gills, or something similar that blends better with lines of bike, would have you selling tail light kits to the masses(again)who have already purchased the the current design. Just a thought. Think of all that double dipping cash! 🤟🏻 Don’t get me wrong….. we love the current lights. I just think TST has another big opportunity here and some time to develop an even more premium version. Something that looks like BMW did it. Something like….. this. 🤟🏻imagizer.imageshack.com/img923/4562/vzKexU.jpg
Hello from Switzerland,
Wonderful presentation and the look is incredible.
I have a S1000RR 2024
I contacted my BMW garage, they will check if it is approved for Switzerland.
If so, I'll order directly from you.
Sounds good!
Does this kit fit the 2022 (US) S1000R? I know the tails are ever so slightly different between the single and double Rs but at a glance it looks very close.
Unfortunately no as the "single-R" model does not feature those same "pockets" in the tail section.
I wish there was something like this for the BMW 2022 S1000R
That model has completely open pockets on the side and we haven't been able to secure one for any R&D. If we find the time to get one in-house we can possibly toy with some ideas but it probably won't happen unless the demand calls for it. However, the tail fairings, battery tray, and more can be swapped over from the double-R model to the single-R model as the subframe is exactly the same.
Would this fit on the 2021 S1000r (naked version). I hope you make a install video on that is it fits. ❤️
We haven't been able to get a single-R in-house to verify fitment and functionality but all information and parts microfiche are leading us to believe it should fit without issue.
The single R bike does not have the pockets in the tail that are required to fit these lights in. It will not work unless you put a double R tail on your bike
@@TSTindustries I guess a new testing bike is in?, I'd love to see what y'all would do with it
Is the close off piece included with the light kit or is it sold separate?
Sold separately
thanks for video. do you guys have an EU distributor? specifically germany
The closest we have is Cregtech in UK but we do ship straight to Germany from here using DHL.
@@TSTindustries thanks, i will order sometime. great product
When will they be available again for US applications. Been waiting. Take my money haha
Soon man. We have a batch going through final production steps. Believe me man. We want your money, and we want our parts on your bike. We are doing as much as we can to have availability of this product.
@@TSTindustries ok I signed up on the email list let me know ASAP. Thanks man
Do you guys have the flasher for this bike to prevent quick flash or is that something that has to be programmed via the ECU?
This bike doesn't do quick flash. The lights control is via ecu. If there is any condition that draws wrong current from running, brake, signal. Or license plate lights, an error code and message comes up on dash. This is why we get all the engineering done right in the r&d phase and ensure that our products do not trip these error codes.
@@TSTindustries thank you for the response. I asked because the video looked like the turn signal flash rate was faster than stock. The video could have been sped up so I wasn’t sure.
Does this work for the 2022 s1000r? I'm pretty sure they sure they share the same fender, right?
Fender...yes. Tail fairing...no. We have to get the single r model in to see how/if we would need to redesign the capsule of our lights or potentially mold an adapter. Just the way the bike sits from the showroom there is no good way of installing our RR lights and have them look/work well.
I’ve just ordered one, will I get an error code on dash if I don’t have number plate light ? Thanks
In order to prevent a dash error code you will have to use either oem license plate light, our TST license plate light, our license plate light emulating plug, or some other way to draw at least 50mA of current through that circuit.
I just installed it and it works perfectly but I got a light on my dash on now? Is that because that one plug had nothing on it now???
Your comment is a bit vague. We will need to know what the error message on the screen says and also which plug you left disconnected.
m1000rへの取り付けは可能ですか?
I have the US spec 2022 m1000rr red light only, can I just plug the light to EU/Asia way? Do I get amber or does it throw error code?
The bike's ecu controls the type of signaling flash your bike is capable of. If you just connect it in the EU scheme it will not function at all. There is a gentleman from Australia that hacked into the settings of the ecu and is able to change that to the one of your choice. I have seen this written up in a s1000rr facebook group. You can search for that person there and also get references from people who had this adjustment already performed .
Will these fit on the M1000rr?
I don't see why not. The tail components and lighting are exactly the same on that bike
When will these be back in stock?
Several days left until the next batch makes it through manufacturing and quality inspections. This next batch will also include a new ring color version.
Does the new s1000r [ naked ] have the same tail as this bike ? Will this kit work on a 2022 s1000r ?
Unfortunately, it does have a different tail section and this kit will not work on the single R model.
@@TSTindustries are u guys making a kit for the 2022 s1000r ?
How do you connect the license plate lights?
We sell a plug-and-play license plate light kit.
I bought one but always shwon faulty in the right side? It's working good but I don't know why when I try to turn right signals on its showed fault iam sure the cables are OK and everything according to your instructions

not selling to malaysia ... too bad...
anyway to purchase it ?
At the moment we do not ship to malaysia. We are hoping that sometime soon we can find a distributor in Malaysia that can be our brand's representative there.
I didn't find the option to calculate the shipping to Brazil. could you help me with this?
I'm sorry but at this time we do not ship to Brazil.
Try to make the same lights tor the new bmw s1000rr 2023
We do plan on offering a tail light kit for the 2023 model S1000RR that resembles this one but is revamped.
Why no Amber for the US market when the NRC kit has amber? A lot of states require Amber signals
That's not true. Their kit does "offer" amber signals, as does ours, but there is no amber turn signal circuit on the North American models. Additionally, if states required amber signals, the bike, from the dealership floor, would be illegal as your OEM signals do not flash amber.
Does this work on the s1000xr
No, there is no place on that model that would allow for the mounting of these lights
Does this fit the 2022 Bmw S1000RR (EU)?
Yes, that information is stated in the first 5 minutes of this video, explained at the 16 minute mark, and also shown on our product page.
Do the lights have an EU-Homologation (ABE or E-number) for EU Country like Austria?
At this time, none of our products are e-certified or approved for on-road use in any region.
How to buy in Japan. Thanks
You can grab these parts from our friend Kentaro's shop here: www.axxl.jp/
How does the license plate have light?
Throught the use of the TST Industries license plate light visible in any of the scenes in this video that show the license plate.
I don't even own a S1rr but I'm planning to make my own version of this tail light for my Z300 since I really don't like how Kawasaki shaped the tail light.
I would love to see the result of your project
Is this legal in Europe? E-mark available? TÜV / registration necessary?
Not at this time.
@@TSTindustriesSad... pls work on that, we in Europe would buy that instant :D
Damn they sold out fast! How long till you reload?
SKU 20BMWS1KINT-R
We are manufacturing next batch already. Tough to say precisely but couple weeks and we should be back in action. Hopefully next batch will last a bit longer. After this next batch we will try to beef up our production volume capability for these and roll with much larger quantities/batch so we don't have in-stock interruptions.
The next batch of these lights should be coming out of manufacturing somewhere towards the end of this week or early next week. We will have to put them through a quality control process before we release them but just know that they are copming soon.
what about the 2022 S1000R? i need this taillight in my life
We haven't gotten a single R model in-house for any R&D but we know the tail sections are different enough that this kit will not work. Maybe one day we can work on that bike but it's not in our immediate project queue.
@@TSTindustries if you are located in California i can offer my bike for that purpose
@@calimod273 nah man. Florida.
It's d only proportion body of bikes and Ducati v4, if I have d chance to buy a bike. I'll choose this bike👌
Does this work for the 2023???????
Not at this time, but that is a project we’re working on.
Do you guys know if this fits the 2023 model ?
Unfortunately it does not but we are working on designing a set for the new model. No ETA is available on that just yet.
@@TSTindustries Thanks so much.. Ill keep my eye out
Hi sir. If im planning to only install this product without plate number mounting.. will it show error in the dashboard? Since the plate number (white lamp) wiring socket is left unconnected to anything.
Yes but there is a simple remedy to that. You can use a resistor in parallel with the license plate light connection to "fool" lighting controlled into "thinking" the light is still there. You can use a 220 ohm resistor to accomplish this, just make sure it is at least a .5w rated.
@@TSTindustries I am sure everyone would appreciate if maybe your side could demonstrate on your mentioned clarification. Since mostly people would prefer this type of setup like i stated above.
@@uzer8993 If we get the bike back in we can explore that possibility.
@@uzer8993 in our surveys of BMW owners most people said they would opt for the license plate light. We have no evidence pointing to the no-license-plate option being a popular choice.
