@XmanXgamer developer mode allows you to test, prototype, and generally sideload apps that are not on the meta store so it won't break your headset. it just adds some more features that give you flexibility as a developer

Depends on whether the game you're getting is compatible. In the video, I got batman arkham Shadow, which is a quest 3 exclusive on my quest 2 and it works perfectly no hitches

It works but when I was doing it there was some issues so you may need to watch multiple videos based on the problems your getting
