Add expression on Transform 2 > Anchor Point:
[value[0],value[1]-effect("Minimax")("ADBE Minimax-0002")];

you added a script at the end at anchor point, which made the rotation start from the parent shape ... it was skipped in the video ... can you tell us how to do cuz I already wrote the script and it doesnt work

I put this expression into the anchor point value of the second transform effect and it worked:
[value[0],value[1]-effect("Minimax")("Radius")];

I have pink lines going across the video when exported, total nightmare, fast deadline animation for today, only noticed on my first render.
