Antibody-Dependent Cell-Mediated Cytotoxicity (ADCC) is a mechanism of cell-mediated immune defense whereby an effector cell of the immune system actively lyses a target cell, whose membrane-surface antigens have been bound by specific antibodies. It is one of the mechanisms through which antibodies, as part of the humoral immune response, can act to limit and contain infection. Classical ADCC is mediated by natural killer (NK) cells; macrophages, neutrophils and eosinophils can also mediate ADCC. For example, eosinophils can kill certain parasitic worms known as helminths through ADCC. ADCC is part of the adaptive immune response due to its dependence on a prior antibody response. Thank you for watching type 2 hypersensitivity reaction lecture.
you didnt explan the basic mechanism of type-2 hypersensitivity reaction, you only explained about the example of this hypersensitivty
muhammad imran antigen and antibody react and activate the compliment. one of the consequences of activation of the compliment is cytolysis- the cell get destroy
Thank you all your lectures are excellent. You work very hard to simplify this complicated subject ,also make them interesting
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
The BEST explanatiion I have ever heard- college professors included !
I love ur teaching tect ..ur tone while u do conversation between teaching is so connecting 👏👏👏😘😘😘👌👌
Thank you for appreciating my efforts
Sir it's god grace that I found ur Chanelle otherwise sitting on this small place I wouldn't be able to continue my dream...nd I also want to be a part of ur online coaching classes for CSIR UGC net after my graduation
Very helpful sir I'm a para medical student your lecture is much better than some of my lecturer
Thank you Sir for explaining so simply
You're welcome
What's an wonderful explanation..Thnx a million sir..
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
Wonderful teacher
Thanks so much sir for making that amazing lectures videos
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
Enjoy! the your lecture 😊☺
You're welcome

Very Helpfull to Me.
Thnk you sir ... Because of uhh I fully completed my graduation with 8 cgpa
Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
Best teacher ever.......... Respect yu sir
Thank you so much
it's my pleasure
Awesome videos sir... u make pharmacology easy....tysm sir for making such great video...
thank you Sir, this was an amazing explanation.
Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
Sir please explain fever topic, etiology, mechanism ect
Sure
Are the antibodies present in the plasma or inside the RBC?
Please correct it , the antiA and antiB are not expressed on the surface of RBC they are present in the plasma.
Thanks a lot . For your time 💐🌸💮.
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
Can lymph transfer from one person to another cause type 2 hypersensitivity?
surface antigens are endogenous or exogenous?
What determines the blood type
The sugar and protein coating present in rbc surface
Thank you so much
You're welcome
very nice
Thnku sir... It was very simple way to understand the concept of hypersenstivity type 2 reaction.. But sir how we will deal with that mother which u discussed later and death of baby how we prevent from this
First of all Rh negative lady should not marry Rh positive man if possible so as to avoid the possibility to have an Rh positive faetus , secondly injection Anti D is given to mother during pregnancy to neutralise the Rh antigen if any that enters mothers circulation from foetus. If husband is also Rh negative then no problem as there will be no chance to have Rh positive faetus in that case .
Sir Kya ye sirph 1st pregnancy me hi ho Sita h Kya and Kitna time lgta h anti rh bnne me more than 9 month
Too easy to understand ur lecture
Thank you
explanation is only about blood disease , but did not explain about other disease and mechanism of type 2 in detail
Nice......keep it up
Thank you
the basic principal of HR type 2 : the antibody bind to surface antigent on cell, then this antigent-antibody complex will induce complement activation and phagocytosis. actually which one that can cause disease or death??? the agglutination or the hemolysis??? i am confused
Perfect
you are the best
Thank you. Do subscribe.
Excellent sir..
best teacher
Great job
Thank you sir
Sir, cn you explain mechanism of cell signaling ?
It's explained in a separate video
Thank you so much ❤❤❤❤
You're welcome
Hey ghis is not topic of blood transfusion its hypersensitivity
Sir pls make video of this topic in hindi
how is anti b produced in blood of person having blood group a.. when he ws not even having exposure of antigen b
Because the synthesis of anti A and anti B antibodies are under genetic control and doesn't need antigenic stimulation. These appear in the infant's serum by 6 months of age.
In case of erythrobhlastosis foetalis , the blood of the foetus never mixes with the mothers blood , so how the anti rh even produced ? since the rh antigen is never coming in contact with the blood of the mother
Subarna Ray : normally it doesn't comes any contact between the blood of mother and child (during the time of pregnancy). Only at the time of delivery comes to contact, not a large amount but enough to activate the Anti Rh production.
what if fetus is Rh negative and mother is Rh positive???
no reaction will occur
Francis Mendy ---- how?
great!!!!!
Bravoooo
Sir y vala transfusion vala vedio aap Hindi m bnayye plz
Okay
And also what happens when the mother is rh positive and baby is rh negetive
Nothing will happen bcz the immune system of foetus is not mature enough to produce anti Rh .
Thoda hindi m v btaya kriye sir
DADA really tremendous......
Qt confusing
Unwanted talks rather hypersensitivity 2 ...completely nonsense...
