I wouldnt worry about that. What you can do is create the training manual and add that to your resume. Ask them what you may have lacked if anything? The reason I say ask cause it could be a skill set you have and you are 2 at and that person is 5 at it. Either why take credit for your ability to train and be a team player. Use everything about to your advantage for you next gig, position, or entrepreneurship.
