dang, relatable. I live outside my state and I needed one in my apartment. I asked for a Samsung Automatic and they instead ordered a cheap ass Lloyd Semi-auto to my address 😂
LG is the way to go when it comes to front load or top load washing machines. I buyed 9kg front load last year, model number is (FHT1409ZWS). Machine is absolutely fantastic with literally no noise or vibration. Washing performance is also fantastic & the clothes get really clean, special thanks to the 6 motion Inverter Direct Drive Motor which rotates the drum in 6 different motions getting the clothes ultra clean. While the whole competition even Samsung itself is using carbon brush motors that is attached below the drum with a belt & pulley, LG is the only brand which is using Inverter Direct Drive Motor, in which the drum is Directly attached to the center of the drum without any belt or pulley. Also the motor is a BLDC motor so it also consumes lesser energy than those carbon brush motors. Thus it reduces maintenance & wear & tear. Also the noise & vibration levels are much lesser than those washing machines that uses conventional carbon brush motors...
LG belt drive machines were the most reliable. But not the same story anymore with direct drive. If LG didn't stop their belt drives I would have suggested without second thoughts The direct drive although is efficient, less energy consuming, less wear and tear puts an extra load on the drum as it needs to bear the motor permanently! Once the drum loses bearings you will have to replace the entire drum setup which comes at a fortune! I suggest Bosch (belt drive, tried and tested, only belt is lost in the long run) IFB belt drive Samsung belt drive Samsung and Bosch use a brushless BLDC motor while IFB sticks to carbon brush motor. Samsung and IFB have decent after sales. Bosch after sales is something that might put you in trouble depending on where you live.(urban or rural, urban metro areas are not affected)
I really hate that you can not switch off autodose in the making of a program in the app. Switching it of takes a few menu steps on the machine itself. Not user friendly...
These type of washing machines are not washer friendly. So many features will create confusions and will to malfunction and defective mode. Not recommended. Please go for basic model which will do its duty perfectly and easily.
I have a question pls get an answer Is the connectivity range of the device phone and machine range about 1000km ? Pls say the connectivity range between the phone and the machine
does it allow to select multiple clothes of different fabric material and suggest the best mode for all that different kind of load..... if it does then its cool otherwise its not AI function....
Yeah it looks more like a gimmick than AI , it basically is training on how we use machine that’s it. And most of the people will put it in on the daily mode
The fourth last digit indicates the colour of the model, X - Inox, B - Cavier black... etc, initially even i was confused at first, but figured it out later😅
Got this washing machine 8 months ago and got it flooded in recent Chennai Floods and the service engineers came switched it on it didn't turn on and then they say I have to change the whole motor, main PCB board and display PCB board without even inspecting the machine they said I need to pay like 13k for replacing the parts and I'll only get 3 months warranty and no other warranty will be applicable. I loved the product but Samsung had a very worst and costly service
Why do you talk so much ? Just make the explanation simple and easy to understand by doing a demo of the AI PANEL which comes in symbols which are often difficult to remember 🤷♀️💁♀️🙇♀️🤦♀️😵💫

Good being I have recently bought a Samsung washing machine I was doing research on quick drive where as advertised instead of having the main drum, the Quick Drive also has a back plate which rotates independently , when I bought and tested it was a basic drum like others can h please confirm it?
