The prices are so high compared to Indian prices you got 4 orange in ₹300 and here we get 1kg in just ₹50-60 it's like less than a dollar💀

Many things get imported in South Korea whereas it's not the case in India that's why the prices are so high. Honestly I was so surprised with the fruits and veggies prices but you just get used to it.

In Korea, groceries at big market are usually expensive. Instead, they are clean, fresh, and guaranteed quality. But we can get a lot of them cheaply in the local market, even though they are covered in dirt and may not be fresh.😊

I feel like prices are hit or miss these prices seemed higher because it’s a food chain grocery store! I had been in South Korea too many times for business. It was always expensive!
But for now after covid and everything it is more expensive as expected. I live in Irelandby the way one of the most expensive European countries; still it is too expensive (income is not high like you imagine they work tooooo hard tooo many long hours to be able to live). In terms of groceries, it seems fruits and vegs are most expensive ones. Junk food and snacks are not too bad like pork meat and also fish is very normal, as i would expect.
