diaracing Oki is short for the word okizeme which is a word used to describe wake up mix ups. so if someone says, you get Oki after that knockdown, basically what they are saying is you have options on their wake up and the opponent is forces to guess which option you are choosing. Quarrel means being aggressive or not okay towards the other person, be it words or physical. "I have a quarrel with you" means similar to I'm fighting you over something. Quarrel can be use to means a target too. "My quarrel is near" used when I hunt a deer, a deer is my quarrel. Urien choose to name his kick "the quarrel kick" maybe because he was agressive and looking for a fight. Hope it helps ^_^
