- Some fights from this game, it's going to be released in englich this year, most of the stuff is the same as the last game, Guardian Beasts have more "unique" spells and you have more attacks for some weapons, including some charge attacks.

The American version is stated for release later this year. (4th quarter...) The first one is already out, though. (In English)

I know the voices are bad, but I got used to most of them. And he is using the sword of plot in those battles, that's really all I can say to avoid spoilers.

What type of battle system is this?
I LOVED THIS GAME. It is the best Free roaming RPG on the market and almost the best RPG ever (Right after Earthbound).

@infernalcross Agreed but for some reason they changed their gameplay and the battle scenes so now it went downhill :(

I got lost in the labyrinth when you are supposed to find that one kidnapped person, and there was never a solution. I went in circles, I think my rom was screwed up. Also the voices suck so bad, that's why I turned mine off

You must have a weak weapon. I have weapons that do like, 100+ damage, and I'm only level 18. Unless it's just that these monsters have ridiculous amounts of defense.
I don't know about you but I kinda prefer the Half Beast one due to mostly of the dialouge

Edgar has a hotter voice in English.But he isn't as cool as Aera or Aty
the japanese voices is pretty good, the english voices are really cheesy
i got this for 5 bucks at 5 below, full packaging and stuff, its awesome definate + to my gba collection
Tales of Phantasia was extremely fun. imo the story and game play is wayy better than swordcraft story. however swordcraft impressiveness and fun comes from the customizable weapons you can make and the incredible gba graphic utilization.
sad to say, the sword craft storyline...is shit
Tales of Phantasia was good, but the GBA Version was ... hmm, pretty ugly compared to the PSX-Version for example, the game felt so slow on GBA :P
English voices are horrible, mute them at all costs if you don't want your mind to be slaughtered.

once game is beat and you get the sound test with al weapons i think, the ladies and men make umm
