They should show this on the big TV at the doctor’s office instead of the usual nature videos
or in high school biology, really get their inspiration going
True
I love the fish swimming on the tv too though haha
@@alexio1942 exactly :D
I'm in the ER with the daughter who needs stitches, her first ever, and put her to sleep with your 37 minute slo-mo video. This is the next one that came up LOL. The perfect thing to keep her that way...
I worked in a hospital lab for years. We had a fabulous microscope and when it rained I would go and collect water out of the mud puddles. I love these little 'animalcules' as Van Leeuwenhoek called them.
would love to have this as an animated desktop background without the text!
You could trim the edges
Well the video is only 1080p, so it probably wouldn't look too great unless you have a very low res computer, especially if you were to trim the text out.
Already done
@@yoursexualizedgrandparents6929 *ONLY* 1080!? *VERY LOW* RES!?
;-;
Tbh with the text being on the screen would be better for a wallpaper, i probably won't know what they are without the text
I love putting this on a big screen TV and sleeping to it at night. I have a playlist of just these hour-long specials, and I enjoy waking up from a dream to the video, going and getting a glass of water, and then drifting off again to the beautiful music.
Sometimes I wonder if I would have difficulty sleeping if there was a months long power outage Blackout lol. I only sleep maybe 8x a month without some kind of white noise, and that's because I paused it before I slept and it was playing for 1 hour at least (usually way longer as I watched and ate dinner) before i paused.
this guy's living right.
Man I love it when they release videos like this. I've been in alot of stress lately this is what I needed.
like $2 a month for the videos on Patreon iirc, it's frickin great
I FINALLY FIGURED OUT THAT WHAT I SAW IN MY MICROSCOPE WAS A NAUPLIUS THANK YOU I'VE BEEN SEARCHING FOR MONTHS
Bonjour vous avez quoi comme marque de microscope ?
andrew makes very soothing music. thank you guys for posting such a thing to youtube for the masses.
I still cant believe that this channel doesnt have more than atLEAST 5 million subscribers.
Please do this more often. 🙏 For some of us it's really soothing.
The music has a Bruce Faulconer feel to me. Great music, great footage, great work. You guys are just great.
Oh sick I've never thought about the scale bar on microscope footage. I've made things with tolerance smaller than some single cell organisms. It's so cool getting a sense of perspective on things that small.
Loved it!!
Really enjoyed and appreciated being able to zoom in and really get an intimate look at these little guys. 🥰
The Opercularia is beautiful! It looks like a slender underwater flower blooming with all its stalks.
Gorgeous music, gorgeous images. Thank you!!!
This channel should have millions of subscribers. Incredible stuff that science has allowed us to see!
Thanks you guys. This was perfect for today.
You guys are doing amazing job you guys have taught me a lot keep up the great footage
They're so beautiful its inspiring. very little things inspire me the way the microcosmos does, the only other thing is the universe itself but that's so large and unreachable it's more of an ethereal inspiration. So it's comforting to know that i can find inspiration from something so small and so close. Sorry if this sound pretentious or rambly, i just love this stuff so much and it makes me genuinely excited when im able to think up of new ideas through the help of something ill never see with my own eyes.
This is so original and cool, love this Video so much
I play this every time I go microbe hunting and gather water samples. The intricacies in the sound design is absolutely amazing 👏🏾. Welp time to go microbe hunting 😊🫶🏾🎶❤️🎧
just stumbled across this channel, and LOVING IT ALREADY, thank you for the upload
A long time ago on the Apple App store there used to be a game called "oZone" that was about moving a circle through a top down puzzle environment. It had music similar to this and I still remember it clearly despite it being 11 years. I wish the game was on Android.
This is excellent and as much as I love the interesting, calming narration of Hank, it's wonderful to get fully submerged in Andrew Huang's awesome soundscapes. Hats off to one and all. Thank you for the many hours James puts into this journey :D
Literally laying here with my cat, and watching 😆.
Having this up on my flatscreen while I work is my favorite part of my job!! 😂
I wonder if one could also record microscopic sounds.
Some researchers did this just this year I think with bacteria. The beating of the bacteria’s flagella produces tiny sound waves. I think there’s a video somewhere on UA-cam where you can hear it too!
Oh. My. Goodness. That sounds SO CUTE
Magnifiques images, et de très bonne qualité.
Merci beaucoup pour votre vidéo.
“hanging out with your cat”
my cat watching this on my laptop with me rn: hey
11:10 Me looking for my phone after it slid in the car seat
That was really good. I understand more now when I'm looking through my microscope TU
legit these vids help my stupid adhd brain fall asleep. Also, they sometimes serve as art inspo as well. I’ve started to draw the lil pond critters and they’re a nice warm-up.
Whoa. This is just phenomenal
just what i needed now
Playing spore with this soundtrack
love this!
This is amazing ❤🎉
Beautiful!
Love it!
1:55 💕
I fell asleep in minutes
Bless You 💗💗💗💗
This is awesome 💓, so beautiful 🤩 and relaxing to watch it's really 🆒 .thank you 💖.
Amazing!🦠🌱
I can't wait to watch this.
Outstanding
intelligent design, for sure. What an aewsome creator.
I wish there was more of this!
Love this! Any plans for long form 1440p or 4k stuff?
Perfect, thank you
I'm high, and this is just _perfect._
Awesome!
I love this channel
AMAZING
You are the best!
Terima kasih kontenmu sangat bermanfaat. Saya banyak belajar dari sini.
It's amazing how fast the Vorticella are, it's almost as if the footage is cut when they retract, they're literally faster than two frames
Could you put a time stamp?
@@donschwiethale383038:57
This is really cool and I am going to put it on the screen in my biology class. One suggestion - get rid of the empty cell walls unless there is something interesting happening around it.
Absolutely amazing 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🤓👍👍👍👍
When i watch a tardigrade i see something familiar. That thing is moving with intention!
Figured put what Vorticella are doing. Springing back creates a current towards it, drawing food it's direction.
I didn’t know Andrew composed for this channel. That’s awesome!
My 8 year old and I have been watching for years. We are both curious if you’d be willing to do a video on your setup to see how you make these awesome videos.
Question
When we are mesmerized looking at something and something that looks like a fleck of sand is zooming around, is it alive also just much smaller?
cool - it takes a geek to watch this kind of stuff - and a nerd to be able to pronounce the names. cool though, glad it's in color, the music is okay too, no problem here. thanks journey to the cosmos.
Oh! This was fun. I love it °•~.☆.~•°
good video idea.
I just couldn't like this fast enough. 😅 💕
Hmm , showing this of what your patreons get now is enticing me to sign up.
Awesome lovely ......
Right On
I wish sometimes I could shrink myself and explore this world on foot
I can literally zoom on my iPhone while I’m watching the video
No words can express the wonder of it all
great video. waiting for new videos👍👍👍
Does anyone else get high and watch these just mouth open, amazed? or am I just that big of a bio nerd
That title describes something I have ;)
1:37 At the 6 O’ Clock position on the screen, I noticed an imposter 😅
We can check for frequency sensitivity. If it's hesitant at a distance of some of these energies, we can hone in sensitivity and intent behind motion. Does it simply retreat, or does it see and assess environment 🤔
how does this not have a ton of views for a channel of this size
even given the video content that's low
1:17 It looks like that cell has a teddy bear next to it.
What's up with the Tardigrade at 13:20? Is he stuck? Thanks for such a clean text and great video. Loved it.
Man I wish I could make some videos like this
I'm attempting to make a small documentary about micro life however my budget won't allow me to take such beautiful videos.
Hey! I found something weird that I've never seen before in a lake and I want to send a sample in for this channel. How would I go about doing that?
@ 10:49 this music is so sick
you should tell us what types of microscopes are used for each specimen. Im trying to guess maybe phase contrast or fluorescence?
11:15 that tartogrades head looks like somthing else
43:56 why do the conochilus look somewhat like little hampsters nibbling and chewing?
at 3 min you have a good example that plan objectives are useles to see spheric objects and most specimen are speric
Who knew tardigrades were so darn cute?
smol chubby short doggies
Who didn't know
"Complete and unexpurgated !!"
It’s cool how vorticella move so fast you would think the video is cutting to different parts
dude I wish I was a small cell floating anywhere with my friends
for reference: 1 micrometer (μm) is about the length of 10,000 atoms. 30 micrometers is 300,000 atoms long
is there somewhere we can find the music used in the series? i looked up the artist on spotify but he doesnt have music on there that comes close to what this is..... :(
💗
Is there a place I can download, stream, or purchase the soundtrack? Can't seem to find it anywhere. Is it a patreon reward?
What microscope is this?!?! My images are never this good!!!!!!
Uncut and xrated
Such commanding length on dis boi
You should try to press your slide further so the amount of water gets thinner and it will be easier to focus on these organisms
Hot needle sharing heat with tip, and observe how quickly it chooses to swim away. You should put it on side where there is food
"Spirostomum gets pooped on" lol
So many questions ! @20:00 what are those rod looking things ? Bacteria ? Flesh fibre ? Other ?
Nothing like opening a video with a two minute advertisement.
Actually, this video is surprisingly good, and not ladden with ads. I like, and thumbs up.
can we turn the electron microscope to the universe to see? strange question ... or do you necessarily have to put something physical to be able to visualize it? if life is everywhere around us....couldn't we see it?
