Well Mobile gaming is basically not worth for graphics. A midrange device is about 300$ which is enough for mobile work , and people who buy performance mobiles which are like above 700$ just for gaming is absolutely a bad decision you can get console and console games cheaper or at same price with alot better experience . And Game devs should focus more on Fun intended Games for mobile rather than Graphics related as You will only get good experience on a 25 inch monitor or TV not a 6 inch mobile screen with touch controls
Well the argument you are trying to make is 100% true, but as a civilization we have to keep enhancing our tech, as you can see that today Samsung provides a feature called Samsung Dex which will allows Samsung user to use their mobile as a fully functional computer just by connection it with any monitor wirelessly. Nvidia is year ahead! Thats why you cant about nvidia with apple conversation. They lost connection back in late 2000s. Apple hates nvidia way too much. Apple copied ray tracing from nvidia. Once nvidia comes in mediatek dimensity mobile chips. It will be the end of appke like windows gaming vs mac.
Intel or AMD laptops are also mobile. Lunar Lake (intelcoreultra series 2) has better battery life than any ARM laptop and still capable of playing all PC games in Medium graphics and also it plays "The Finals." Handheld are also mobile. Those windows devices has powerful igpu like AMD 890M or intel Lunar Lake or they come with dgpu. They all support full version PC games.

This process is very very effective & efficient for Realtime rendering and as we mentioned game engine have to repeat this process to render each frame, so if game like PUBG is locked on 30 frames on mobile, it will reduce the resource intensity compared to 60 frames which will make more space for other tasks. Bhai jo bhi ho creators ka matlab sift youtubers nahi hota. Mac OS or ARM ki vajah se apple macs me bahut less and limited creative software and Mac OS is really very bad OS in front of Windows. Sad but truth.
Well i may sound like an apple dog but creators / professional's and even developers love MAC OS as developers don't have headache of optimize the same software for 1000 different hardware and for creators / professional's if any software is not available on MAC OS it's bad luck for them but if any software is available for MAC OS, it will be far far much optimized and efficient than any other OS (specially any hardware intensive software ). However, at the same time same MAC OS is a Curse for any casual user as it always lacks many-many basic features for regular or casual use.
