Thanks a lot for making such an informative video. My son is 18months old and is showing many autistic traits. He is very calm and focused when listening to songs and music. He gives eye contact and is fully engaged as long as we sing to him. Otherwise he is constantly moving around and searching for objects to drop to create some sound. Also he hums in a very sweet voice whenever he feels bored or disregulated. He does not understand our speech or instructions at all. We are going to try sound therapy for him.

Cannot follow those exercises as he is 19m only and not following any commands. Will try once his understanding improves. AIT therapist said he will benefit from AIT after he has some speech development.

How to reduce self talk with exercises? Pls tell me mam. My girl is 4year old with virtual autism is mostly self talking but this is mostly appropriate situation. But not talking to us well.
Maam my daughter 7 yrs old and she is holding ears if it’s loud. It’s behind the ear she touch and slides her head to shoulder. Is it due to sensory auditory processing or she is avoiding my voice which is commendable?
My daughter is having this verbal stimming....she always talks in long sentences... continuous talking...no break... No repetition of rhymes...but words events said in past...where i find no link...she says everything in such confidence...like everything is right, For example: Let's go to national park... we will make chocolate with towel...come come lets do finger counting.. And like this continues .. Even if questions asked...she will answer it...nd again goes back to verbal stimming Only during engagement she doesn't do it... This is the reason why I m working on reflexes
This is delayed echolalia..my son learns very fast..he has savant memory..extraordinary memory..he is not even 4 years old but starte reading and can learn everything whatever I teach him.whatever he learns he always repeat it. He can repeat 200 words without taking a pause..डॉ told me this verbal stimming and delayed echolalia

Richa didi, wanted to take your views on my 2.10 year old trajectory of speech. He was at 1 word identification level in Jan when we started OT. Could identify 100+ words. I followed all your speech therapy guidance in these last months and he can now convey his needs/ things of interest in 2-3 word sentences. But I do see he says 60% context things and 40% random things without any context (like self talk). Is this normal trajectory? Should I do anything more? Will this enhance overtime ?

Autistic children can have imagination, every child is different For every delayed issues We follow development pyramid First thing we work on retained primitive reflexes with sensory integration This is where u should start don't get confused
You said firstly give only week ear stimulation for 15 days, then 70:30 to both ears for how many days? Then 50:50 to have sync for how many days? It's not clear.

I am not able to figure out which ear is dominant for my son. When i tried giving him different items to hear sound, he is using both his ears. Issues i face with him is he has continous verbal stimming, wo class room ae academics ke alawa kucch communication nahi seekh raha from fellow peers: He understands only english. Till date he has not learnt a single hindi word from classroom. Also Robotic tone is there in speech. Since i am not able to find his dominant ear, aise mein kya karoon? Shall i work on right ear dominance with headphones and try? Because based on above symptoms, i feel he has left ear dominance. Shall i try? Hope it wont do any harm like you said with primitive reflexes. Pls advise

Richa didi, wanted to take your views on my 2.10 year old trajectory of speech. He was at 1 word identification level in Jan when we started OT. Could identify 100+ words. I followed all your speech therapy guidance in these last months and he can now convey his needs/ things of interest in 2-3 word sentences. But I do see he says 60% context things and 40% random things without any context (like self talk). Is this normal trajectory? Should I do anything more? Will this enhance overtime ?

Hi i am new hear ,my son is 5.5 please suggest if child is prefer right hand and right ear but he listen fan voice than he cover his ear , and also touch his mummas feet and put her feet on his face area and moving his mummas feet

I am not able to figure out which ear is dominant for my son. When i tried giving him different items to hear sound, he is using both his ears.
Issues i face with him is he has continous verbal stimming, wo class room ae academics ke alawa kucch communication nahi seekh raha from fellow peers: He understands only english. Till date he has not learnt a single hindi word from classroom. Also Robotic tone is there in speech.
Since i am not able to find his dominant ear, aise mein kya karoon? Shall i work on right ear dominance with headphones and try? Because based on above symptoms, i feel he has left ear dominance. Shall i try? Hope it wont do any harm like you said with primitive reflexes.
