even i am a guitar beginner,i prefer strumming pattern 2..For me,its hard to strumming down with plam muting..i'm not expert on it. i am so familiar with strumming pattern 2 cause i learnt a lot of taylor swift song with same strumming pattern. For the example, taylor also used that same strumming pattern for teardrops on my guitar(debut era style), clean(from 1989 album), We were happy(vault track fearless taylor version)...and so on.. thank you to amazing Ellen and Nena Shelby for your amazing tutorial...i love you both. Thank you guys for your teaching. My 90% percent of learning guitar based on you guys. Nena and Ellen. Now,i am struggle with bar chords and memorize all of the chords fret from top to bottom... it not easy..honestly,i hate bar chord so much😂..but i will try my best to love it.wish me luck...🥰
