    This helps me to do my workout on my manual treadmill to do my workout. The stretches helps too.

      I have a Garmin Venu.. and while the treadmill runs don’t sync automatically, you can start treadmill workout and the watch will know it’s an indoor run and ask you to calibrate at the end to make sure the data is correct..

    Is there a way to preset a repeating interval. Like 4 mph for 3 minutes and then 8 mph for 1 minute repeated until i stop the workout?

    Is there a way to over ride the automatic cool down at 60minutes? Super annoying losing momentum when I’m trying to train for longer distances

      Yes! I love intervals too. I like to do a pyramid of 1/1, 2/2, 3/3, 4/4, 5/5 then back down 4/4, 3/3, 2/2, 1/1. Keeps you on your toes!

      How do you set jogging and running speeds for speed interval training on these new matrix machines? On the old Planet fitness treadmills I was able to set them and switch manually btw them with a touch of a button. On these new treadmills I haven't been able to figure it out and the staff also has no idea.

    Wish that the new treadmills made it easier to shift to two speeds for the Running/Jogging Work out. It is not easy to switch back and forth.

    When I increase speed I only see 60:00 I start to feel like jogging at 12:00

    Something that is always bothered me about planet fitness's treadmills is that when I use their treadmills, I can walk at 6 Mi an hour, but any other treadmill I've used 6 Mi an hour as a jogging speed
