And we’re onto Part 2, where we’re opening another 100 Pack Box en route to completing the 180 Card Set in the binder!

I pulled a McDavid/Lemieux Bound by Honour on my first 10 packs 😃 The next 10, I wasn't as lucky. I still didn't pull a Bedard base card so I ended up buying the single on ebay. I was going to quit there, but then I found myself buying another 10 packs 😵💫

I opened two boxes and have all the way up to Rookie Connections twice completed sets! (And a free coffee) ... I did get at least one Bounded by Honour per box. One box had 5 Captain Connections ( all different ) the other box had 4 and one was a double ( three only different ).
Surprising. All of our boxes were pretty consistent with our Captains. They were all in order. For example: 6,7,8,9
I like the way those look. Canvas are always a nice option. I's have to see the captains cards in person, because the 4F can be done really poorly at times. Overall, it's a win.
Snipe City cards, do you have doubles of the "Legends" set? Looking for the base cards and a couple insert cards to complete my binder!🙏🏽

Nice set in my opinion, I pulled Gretzky my first 10 packs, I will probably only buy about 50 packs. I can't get any UD series 2 but I hope to get a Beddard and a few other really sweet cards
So far I like this set the best 👌 although I bought two boxes and both bounded by honor cards were marie-philip poulin/Sarah nurse so I was a little disappointed about that
Nice set with Legend players again...BUT, they could have paired Bedard with someone who's actually good!!! Hahaha
Yeah. I’m not sure what the deal with that was. I agree. They also should have put RC or rookie card somewhere on it.
Set concept is nice this year. I will snag a few packs today and see what I hit!

Timmies started in 2014, so your guesstimate of about 10yrs ago is right
Definitely think this is an interesting set, especially with the double sided base set. I do think there's a few too many "worthless" insert subsets though. A lot of junk wax the past few sets if I'm being full honest.
The last set I managed to get all but 1 of the Ice Gems (actually pulled 2 Crosbys), and enough base set cards for 4 full base sets, and nearly all of the inserts from the subsets...but holy christ I bought I think 140 packs and still didn't have all of them...Hockey Triumphs and Net Keepers could have not existed and the set would feel nicer to complete.
With the Duos, I'm getting the same feeling with subsets having 1:3, 1:4, 1:6, and 1:8 packs....I think if they just didn't do the Family Foundations and Linked By Numbers subsets and made the Captain Connections 1:40 rather than 1:24, Rink Rivals 1:24 rather than 1:8 and the Rookie Connections subset something like 1:16 completely dropping the FF and LBN subsets, the inserts would feel a lot more gratifying when you pull them.
As the set looks now, with the pull chances of all the subsets, anyone trying to collect the "top" subsets are going to end up with so many doubles/triples/quads of the low valued subsets that it will hardly be worth trying to sell any extras to other collectors. Feels like a lot of the subset cards are going to end up being the kind of cards you toss in as a few extra freebies when someone buys an actually decent card off you kind of thing, which is unfortunate as they all still have cool designs to them.
