I wonder how Kev would react to the Yakuza series… a totally serious crime drama where in one of the games you can fight a monkey in an excavator…and have said monkey help you run a business so you can earn the ability to call in an orbital Lazer strike on your enemies

But good lord do more people need to see this shit… and if they play the older games they need to prepare their butts for what the community calles the Male Fantasy… Goro Majima
Hey Quick Tip! If you upgrade the shadow strike in the ranged tree, there is an upgrade called the shadow strike pull. If you use this, you call pull captains to you and fight them without having to worry about grunts. Well except the ones who are arrow-proof... but it is big help in overlord fights.
Now that the microtransactions are gone and they made the systems better to compensate, the game is actually really fun. The epilogue bits to earn the true ending are actually manageable now. The game also now throws great loot at you like candy. You are always getting new better gear or being able to upgrade your current stuff. I had 3 pieces of legendary gear before leaving the first area on my playthrough post changes. I also feel like the combat is much more tense compared to arkham or early assassins creed games, as there's soooooo many enemies on you at once, of all different types, all taking different methods to take down. You have to be on it pressing the button to counter but also knowing when to be aggressive and when to use bow or elf powers. Also how to make yourself an opening to drain heal yourself.
I don’t get why people had a problem with the original Shadow Wars. Like, yes, there were a metric fuck ton of them, but that was the point. It was simulating the harrowing experience of Talion holding off the forces of Sauron for decades, and give the player room to mess with the Nemesis System more past the Main Story.
This game is effing crazy! If all the orcs and such that the heroes face in lotr are the ones that survived Talion's orc purge, can you imagine how many Aragorn and the rest would have to face at the black gate?
I'm a Steward level PvP player. The best loadout when it comes to attacking is often dependent on the triggers, strengths, and weaknesses of your attacking captains. I personally recommend you use a shield host and faster victory point capture. They make it a matter of 15 seconds or so before you conquer victory points.
In the future you can use an execution against the nazgul in particular when they're broken even if you have an might bar, and it instantly banishes then

You don't need intel on the captains and stuff. Whatever they are strong, immune to, or vigilante against tells you what they are vulnerable to. For example if they are vigilante against stealth and immune to execution and that's all it says. That means that they are weak to frost, fire, head shots pinning and stuff. Basically learn everything they can be weak or strong to and when its doesn't say that they are strong, immune to, or vigilante against is a weakness.
I know it could be a bit of a grind. But if you can, find legendary marauder armour pieces. It has a passive effect to boost all your damage the more coins you grab. This effect stacks to the point where you 1shot everything.
