He’s still the best teenager of the 21 st century. The best teenager ever is probably Ronaldo: The Phenomenon. Only a young Pelé is comparable to that version of the teenager Ronaldo in the nineties.

Rooney is one of top five English footballers of all time but he should have been one of the greatest because he had such potential. Rooney had the naturally ability to be one of the best ever. He was Man Utd and England's top goal scorer. But for his natural talent alongside his physical attributes, that would have been the minimum you'd expect.

The only international tournament rooney turned up in was euro 2004 as an 18 yr old. He was honestly shocking in any other tournament
