Hello from italy, did you replace or reuse the four bolts at the bottom? You torqued them to 10NM and 90° but did you replace them? Thank you!

After 7 months after install, the Continental belt started squealing due to a bad (Continental) tensioner. I discovered that, when you first align the tensioner, you first need to tension it all the way to the maximum tension that you can 5 TIMES, to prevent misalignment between the belt and the roller. And only then you can center the arrow! My belt started rubbing against the roller after 7 months. Be careful to do this extra step. I will order a SKF tensioner among with a Gates timing belt. Also you didn't replace the screw where you mount the tensioner, this is a frequent cause of breaking. And you also didn't replace the 4 crankshaft bolts. I followed your tutorial but with some extra steps, and still i didn't have any luck. Spor la treaba!!

In general, the problem is that there is no signal from the ECU to the valve N316 - Valve of the inlet channel dampers. And the test of actuators works out this valve without problems. Maybe due to the fact that the GPM marks do not normally send a signal to the ECU?

Salut. Nu apare nici o eroare. Doar daca deconectezi bateria, apare o eroare de esp care se sterge automat dupa ce rulezi putin cu ea.

Salut, urmeaza sa schimb si eu saptamana urmatoare. O sa dau semne ca sa stiu sa fie la punct si pentru sensul de rotatie. Dupa ce ai montat-o pe cea noua ai invartit motorul. Asta pentru ca nu ai avut cale nu? Ca sa vezi ca dupa un ciclu motor ramane la punct si la semne, nu?
Salut. Pentru acest motor nu se folosesc cale. La orice distributie, indiferent daca este cu cale sau cu semne dupa montare se invarte motorul de cateva ori, astfel verifici ca ramane la semne sau respectiv cale... Spor la lucru. Aceasta este printre cele mai usoare distributii de schimbat....

one is crazy and there is no way to get it out, I saw 10 nm of force, you use a torque wrench, right?

Salut. Masina din clip avea 220.000km si bagam 5w40 de la Mobil. Precizez ca nu aveam probleme cu consumul de ulei.

Thats because the time belt is in a diferent position that the rigth way.. then your engine loses power and then jumps whit power.. i have audi a3 1.6 75kw 105cv gasoline (manual transmition 5 changes) motor code: BSE year 2008 and i have the same trouble

Daca tot faci un video, arata si tu cum se blocheaza motorul,distributia, o fii simplu..dar totusi..
Daca tot vrei sa-ti schimbi singur distributia, este bine sa te informezi mai mult inainte.... La acest motor nu se folosesc cale de blocare distributie. Merci totusi pentru vizionare.

Salut, vreau sa iti multumesc pentru video, astazi urmarind pas cu pas ce ai facut si cum ai facut am reusit sa imi schimb kit ul de distributie cu pompa de apa la o Jetta 2006 1.6 Mpi BSE, pe masina a fost Continental contitech si am montat SKF sper sa fie ok.
Salut. Ma bucur ca te-ai putut inspira din clipul meu. Cel mai important este sa fi strans suruburile ce vin la distributie, cu o cheie dinamometrica. Mai bine ca ai pus SKF, pe chitul meu de distributie Contitech scria Made in China......si se cam vedea asta mai ales la intinzatorul curelei.
cum ti se pare acest motor si ce probleme ai avut cu el (si ce consum ai la drum lung )
In mare un motor reusit. Nu consuma ulei daca a fost intretinut corespunzator. Consum la drum lung 6,5 -6,8L/100km daca mergi cu 90. Pe autostrada la 130 va consuma 7,2 - 7,4L100km.

Și eu am un vw passat mai vechi cu motor de1.6 și distribuția arată la fel.
De când am făcut distribuția tot cu kit conti, la ceva timp a început să scârție întinzătorul la rece, zgomotul dispărând la cald . Știu că e întinzătorul pt că dând jos capacul negru de plastic și dacă am dat cu puțin wd40 a dispărut pe moment .
Întrebarea mea e dacă știi cumva daca se poate schimba doar întinzătorul (mă gande sa iau unul skf sau inna), fara sa dau jos cureaua și toate cele și doar sa strâng acolo, sa l întind ca în clipul tau? Ms de un eventual raspuns
Salut. Multumesc pentru aprecieri. Practic poti schimba intinzatorul insa eu iti recomand sa schimbi si cureaua. Am inteles tu ce vrei sa faci, sa dai jos intinzatorul fara a misca cureaua de pe pozitia ei pe pinioane. Poti face si asta dar ... nu asa se procedeaza.
Bude měnit pumpu, a jebe s snádobkou na kalinu. Hned mělo být vypuštěné.
Хочу обратить ваше внимание, на одно непонятное явление. После замены, ремень, по каким то, для меня не ведомым причинам, смещается по шестерни к блоку. Причем, заводской ремень, стоял четко по шестерне распредвала. Что я только не делал, толку нет. Ставил другие ремни, помпы и ролик. Бесполезно! Смотрю и у вас, пред заменой, ремень стоял четко, по середине шестерни распредвала. После замены, он сместился к блоку. Возможно запчасти, которые ставим, не совсем соответствуют, тем стандартам, которые ставят на заводе.
