+Snow Rik haha yes! I ended up having this track on my computer as Unknown Track, Unknown Artist, I thought it sounded familiar!! Friend told me the track name
Photek released a song called Neptune on Metalheadz Metalbox Set, but its not the original one thats listed all over the internet. It's way dirtier with amen breaks and its quite violent; totally different song. I don't know if he made two verisons of that song what. I lost it when my laptop died back in college but if anyone knows what song I'm referring too please link it to me!
Must be two versions under the same title, Neptune on the vinyl boxset is a lovely downbeat number, no amens in sight. Maybe the CD boxset had a heavier version? Discogs might be able to tell you.
Are you talking about this: Dillinja- Warrior Jazz ua-cam.com/video/X-Jb9C9zAyk/v-deo.html On my vinyl metal boxset, I'm pretty sure Photek - Neptune and DIllinja - Warrior Jazz are labelled the wrong way round.
The drum programming is insanely good
One of the greatest early D&B tracks, work of genius.
Remember jamming to this way before my son was born. He's 17 now.
a genius at his peak

It's been easily 10 years since I've heard this... it's like a time machine that runs on sativa.
drum n bass... and weed... hehehe. good combo =)
@@hackalacka weed is boring if you smoke it every day - I like dmt or acid to really feel the music (wich is btw jungle and not dnb)
God fucking damn. This track, Fusion, Toulepleu, Drift to the Centre... truly fucked levels of talent, Rupert had the game locked down
timeless classic. one of photek's best tunes.
Been jamming this track for like 15 years on my main playlist. It's one of those tracks that will remain on my music selection for any device I use.
One of my fav dnb tunes. So many layers to this 💫💥
The best DnB song ever I think

For the lounge at the space station while chugging a new spirit on the rocks extracted from alien plant life.
CarpediemA8 wouldve been pretty dope if photek did the soundtrack for cowboy bebop eh?
@@DilbertHernandez Indeed, at least what the crew would've been rocking to.
never thought about it that way...
the more i think about some of Luke Vibert's albums, the more i agree with you
@@DilbertHernandez 4hero / re-enforced rosta did a fist of the North star series soundtrack.
One of Photek's best. Nice quality. Thanks for upload.
When a producer took it to several levels above the rest and produced real art.

One of my all-time favourites, but I can't help seeing the record label as two burgers on a round grill...
