You are not showing how to remove the ribbon also the clips on both sides of toner cartridge, please use your booth hands and explain perfectly by showing all nessary steps. Thanks a lot.

What to do when alarm light is steady, Standby light is steady but printer doesn't print. proper original toner available more than 3/4.
And Scanner works In linux mint...
Restarted nothing, cut off power nothing, reinstalled toner, nothing... printer is new, never moved. it has print 50 page in a year this same model. what to do???
