I used the TANGZHONG technique where a mixture of milk, water and flour is heated until is thickens to a paste like consistency. it is then cooled and added to the dough. this method is popular in Asian baking, adding the Tangzhong to the dough improves moisture retention, texture and elasticity and making the dough more soft &fluffy .
From this dough I made 2 amazing recipes by using 2 delicious fillings
Dough Ingredients:
To make Tangzhong:
1 cup milk
1 cup water
2 tbsps flour
The other dough Ingredients:
4 1/2 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 tbsps yeast
2 tbsps sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup of butter( room temp)
1 egg and 2 tbsps milk to brush the dough surface
Sesame seeds

Try this delicious juicy ground chicken perfectly seasoned and wrapped in golden soft fluffy dough cooked to perfection . this recipe is the best comfort food! perfect for snacks, lunch and dinners, They are packed with flavor in every bite.
Ground Chicken filling Ingredients:
2.25 ground Chicken
1 chopped onion
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp paprika
3 minced garlic gloves
parsley
Recipe # 2
The soft golden dough filled with a delicious melody of seasoned veggies and melted cheese and cooked to perfection! These savory veggies and cheese recipe are bursting with juicy flavors and make the perfect snack appetizer or light meals.
Veggies Cheese filling Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup/150 Gm Feta Cheese
1 cup /113 gm Mozzarella Cheese
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped carrots1/4 large chopped onion
parsley
1 egg and 3 tbsps milk to brush the dough top
