Never let someone force you to drive to a remote location. The minute you realize you are in danger start looking for an out. If you are seat belted in and they are not drive the car right into a tree or ditch. Or bail out in front of other traffic. Better to take a bullet on a busy street when witnesses can get you an ambulance than let yourself be taken to a remote location where you may never make it out alive.

They dont check for IDs or even provide us with a profile picture or where they are going! The least uber can do is provide us with an emergency SOS switch that can send alerts to dispatch and 911!

As a former Uber driver, I can't imagine what this woman went through. I stopped driving for Uber because I was picking up too many strange people. The app allows the account holder to order rides for others and that to me is just unsafe. Her life was not worth the shitty pay. The masks have just made it worse. He didn't have to kill her but he did. I am so sorry to her family and friends.

As a former Uber driver, I can't imagine what this woman went through. I stopped driving for Uber because I was picking up too many strange people. The app allows the account holder to order rides for others and that to me is just unsafe. Her life was not worth the shitty pay. The masks have just made it worse. He didn't have to kill her but he did. I am so sorry to her family and friends.
