Please watch this video as I have used same kind of ganache over the cake. Make sure ganache is at room temperature, not hot and is thick enough that can drip easily. Drip ganche and see if it is dripping and not running.

Hii I need to make a cake and use the pouring ganache with the same quantity how much ganache we can make. One more thing I want to make drips on cake and want to apply a layer on top so which ganache to use for it (pouring or spread) and us quantity also.
