Quick question ya Chef, is the skin of the chicken still crisped up even though you seared them earlier ( with water) ? I have bead experience with roasted chicken with the same method, but I would love to try your recipe.. jazakallah 🙌🏽

If you want crispy skin then the skin needs to be dried out. If there is moisture it won't be crispy.
Pat dry the chicken and dry brine, leave it in the fridge overnight. Don't cook it in the broth and just roast it separately.

You can find those spices in any Asian/Middle Eastern supermarket
