An example of this is what she's doing behind her daughter's back despite the warnings given by Taggert and Ava of what would happen if proceeds to destroy the one thing that makes her daughter happy and that is Spencer Cassadine. And attempt by the daughter to carve out her own independence and to find happiness outside of her mother is met with resistance. The mother sets out to punish the daughter and will use any means necessary to reel her back into her orbit. Lying, gaslighting, manipulation, or will shame them into feeling guilty for leaving; anything that will recenter the mother as the victim. 💯

To be honest…..Jordan is partially to blame for this. I mean that second she came back to the show and saw Curtis, I knew deep down inside that she still wanted him, and was jealous of his relationship with Portia.
