This takes me back. Kings of Leon was (and still is) such a special moment in time. Their sound was unique, put together from a mixture of influential artists. They created and brought back an old style of music blended with a new sound that was different of that time. ❤
Still battling with their new stuff. I love this band so much that I can't quite give up on them and they still release a decent amount of songs that I enjoy....but nothing compares to their first 3 albums. Cracks me up when sex on fire/ Use Somebody boppers discover 2004 KOL...especially the interviews they did
Most of their best songs in my opinion and most actual KOL fans aren't their singles and also some of their b-sides were good too. Miss them and this time. ❤
I think it has to do with maturity. They write how they feel. And I don't think any of them feel this youthful and energetic and wild as their first three albums.
couldnt agree more. cant stand this 'they sold out' bullshit. They just grew up and matured. Cant expect em' to be writing and performing like this when they a millionaires with wives and children.
0:00 Interview (the interviewer is a fuckin' tool) 0:58 Wasted 3:52 Mollys Chambers 6:24 California Waiting (the audio has a fucking seizure during the song, but nothing to bad)
@@TheRacboys True, however the world is missing something and that something is drugged up rock stars rocking the fuck out. Some of the worlds greatest music was created while high as a fucking kite, and that's a fact.

UA-cam keeps recommending me old school KOL vids and I love it
They just rock . Ilove this era of the band.
California waiting has such a sweet sound. With dispare and ache. But so sweet and pleasant. Kings of Leon’s Bass and drums are always kick ass live
Back when they were good they were unstoppable. I saw them support the strokes in a tiny club on this tour and my ears are still ringing.
I was in the crowd for this one, it was one of the best dances of my life. Thanks for the upload Shitifoundonvhs, champion
back in the time when they were badass. i always have to go listen to YYM after watching those videos. and even more badass is that was found on VHS
the video is amazing. whats more amazing is the uploaders username. "shit i found on VHS" you, sir, win.
pretty sure caleb is still rocking that walnut 335 these days. such an evolution of a band over the years
It’s an es-325 not 335

so true dude
Charlie Sherbourne , some people are just not inclined to listen to their brilliant music, let go until theyfeel energy these young beautiful men
yep they quit the coke and drinking gallons of wine and grew up had families and still rocking today !
Arguably once they hit because of The Times they started to calm down. It's a pretty mellow album for the most part
I miss the old KOL
Me too....for me real KOL!
