For me there’s not a recently deleted file :( and I really want my notes back it took 3 hours
Did you get them back? If so how because I’m having the same problem. Mine just disappeared off my phone and I have no idea how to get them back.

I don’t have a Recently Deleted folder on iPad. I have a better idea. Going to start using a 3rd Party Notes app as most Apple apps are trash.
Finally I got back my notes wow!!!
