If you are going to a quiet place, then shopper. If it’s a really crowded place, then a backpack or bag that’s convenient for running. It’s better to wear clothes that won’t get dirty)
Caps, as I understand it, are caps. Buy some rosa fetas (this cap gives a thick line), buy a ban, cobra these are skinny caps (they give a thin line).
As far as paint brands go, you can start by using the cheapest one you can find. If you have extra money, take Montana, Cobra, Loop. It is more convenient to apply expensive paint from behind the valve.

To be honest, it’s really difficult to draw. We have a curfew from 00-5 am. I did this tru-up at 3:50 in the morning and the cops almost burned me down. We have fun here of course))))
