Exactly! This song is a perfect blend of familiar, expected and unique, fresh and unpredictable at the same time. The different ways it refers to itself is genius.
I truly love this new album. So glad this band are still going strong in 2020. I hope they stay around another 20 years or longer. We need music like this.
Here we go again, another Pain of Salvation album on the horizon. Can my ears really cope with another one? You bet they can. In the Passing Light of Day was a revelation in 2017, and they were amazing live. This teaser of a single, just makes me think it's going to happen again. Here's hoping gigs happen soon. Fab song.
The electronicy bits were very good and I like this new album. This band took some getting used to for sure, but I really am glad their music exists, I hope metal never stops being made because it has super helped me get through some intense moments in my life and wake me up sometimes. This album might actually be my favorite of 2020 so far and I have seen lots of music in 2020 and I hardly have favorites but this album has a lot of interesting choices for electronic stuff and synths for a metal/rock album.
I'll need time to get used to this song, it was the same thing with the last album, that i consider a masterpiece now. Can't wait to dig deep in this record.
Beautiful, haunting, heart breaking, shame inducing... Pain of Salvation never fails to hold a mirror to humanity's face and show us what we really are.
Honestly speaking, that's the best what I've heard and watched in years. It's extraordinary how many layers this song and video contains and how this resonates with one's system of convictions and beliefs. Truly genius pice in both songwriting and video. A masterpiece.
Pain of Salvation comes in your life at the worst moments, and gives you infinite strength to continue on...

Sometimes it's the fire that saves the world!!! POS come back!!!🧡
I am amazed at how they continue to be so diverse with each album... I've always liked them but now I love them.
Sometimes it's the fire that saves the world, That is brillant !!! Masterpiece
Have been waiting all day to see the video. Thoroughly entertained and mindfudged ! Thank you for existing, Pain of salvation! Thank you for acknowledging the ones that don't seem to fit in any of the standardized categories. You've done it before and you've done it again! I am a proud member of your tribe, and so is my fiance.
Love, from India.

After about a dozen listens, this song kicks ass plain and simple
It was an instant classic! And will live on forever as a masterpiece!
The more I watch the video the more I like it, like the song. It's subtle in some ways and goofy in others but all the movements/gestures fit the lyrics on different levels.
Hmmm... The second listening starts to make me feel a thrill in the gutts... Looking forward to discover the full album.
I am addicted to this track, seriously!
Such a unique and perfect execution of song writing
Exactly! This song is a perfect blend of familiar, expected and unique, fresh and unpredictable at the same time. The different ways it refers to itself is genius.
@@Proghead88 exactly! ❤❤❤
this is a grower... We need to let it grow on us... And it will grow and grow and grow....

Amazing soung for a amazing band ! Many thank's 🙏🙏🙏
I truly love this new album. So glad this band are still going strong in 2020. I hope they stay around another 20 years or longer. We need music like this.
holy mother the lyrics are just so freaking good
Even in case I am not utterly excited , their music always supplies me with an unquenchable urge to process it in detail
Wow saw the other vid and now this one..just wow!!!
Christ on a stick, this is good! Can't remember the last time Pain of Salvation came on my radar but I'm glad it did tonight!
AAAAAAAAAHHHHHH
I AM SO PUMPED!
Like first, watch after. It's Pain of Salvation, it can't be a bad song.
Love it
Absolutely Brilliant !!!
The best track with in my 30 years listening and creating on drums, prog metal/rock music. Why?
Really unique sounding music honestly
I'll need time to get used to this song, it was the same thing with the last album, that i consider a masterpiece now. Can't wait to dig deep in this record.
Agreed... it grows on you, like Passing light did..... and yes, it is THE masterpiece!
I hear Katatonia in this and that's not a bad thing at all. Damn you swedes and your sweet music!
Was thinking the same thing!!
Another hit.... Love the electronic elements in the verses. Can't wait for for the album
This is troubling, yet satisfying! The prog is so strong that even my feelings are progressing...
Beautiful, haunting, heart breaking, shame inducing... Pain of Salvation never fails to hold a mirror to humanity's face and show us what we really are.
Geeeez I don’t why but I have tears of joy after experience this
This song perfectly sums up the issues we have with society, the state of human kind and the global elite their problems.
This dude's facial expressions are the best
Love it! Can’t wait for the album, I know it will be GREAT!!!!
Honestly speaking, that's the best what I've heard and watched in years. It's extraordinary how many layers this song and video contains and how this resonates with one's system of convictions and beliefs. Truly genius pice in both songwriting and video. A masterpiece.
