Remember, Celica wasn't heading to the Tower of Duma to give her soul. She was only planning to go there, speak to Mila, and get her out of there. Giving her soul was her very last option, if there was nothing else. But sure enough, seeing Mila petrified and the only thing that could kill Duma, and then Alm killing his father apparently in vain (because Rudolf gave his life so Alm could slay Duma)...that made her really consider it. Ultimately, it was the feeling that she was a failure to Alm that truly pushed Celica into that choice. ...Even then, Celica insisted that she wasn't going to give her soul until Jedah released Mila. That of course exposed his lie, and made him drop any facade of honor and take her soul by force.
Alm: I'll stop this violence the only way I know how. WITH MORE VIOLENCE! Celica: Guess I'll go to some temple, claim to be a pacifist while killing people and offer my soul to geezers cause that's helpful.
God dang it Celica, you keep fucking up just let Alm do his thing, what Jedah offers is complete shit, thankfully Jedah did not had the chance to manipulate Alm because then everybody even the cats at the port would have been fucked.
That's pretty much ignoring the one of thr key lesson of the game. You need both. Too much compassion and naivety is bad but so is being domineering and being too forceful.
Am I the only one who yelled
"KISS ALREADY"
to Alm and Celica?
Yes
Ok
11:27 Alm is a great protagonist

Sounds exactly like Duma and Mila lol
The script of this game is awesome. XD
Everyone making the decision to become farmers, is this Rune Factory/Harvest Moon
Fernand is a good boy.
When I hear Clive’s voice... I hear Final Fantasy’s Warrior of Light... and imagine his character as the one being sad..
Same voice - Grant George.
The thing Alm and Celica did with the bars. What couples can be imagined doing the same thing?
I fight for my friends...

Clive, my boy, why the fuck do you question your Emperor, now shut the fuck up and help me save your future Queen.
Celica is not perfect at all, and that's why i love her character.
Celica is way to naive and easily manipulated. Path of the Heart is the weak path. Path of the sword is where it's at.
Its like with Duma and Mila, you NEED to balance them both.
