We have far more complex games now and photo realistic graphics, vr headsets and games in the cloud, but I miss that simplicity of the NES. I really do.
I just bought a complete nes and a dozen of cartridges because of this,new games lost the principle of video gaming in my opinion plus nostalgia was high as my original Nintendo and games were “lost”

I wanna play it again for her but.... I can't find the game and the game system anywhere anymore.

After I've watched my usual weekend cartoons which I loved I'm going to turn on my famiclone and play this game. Ugh why are those red cars so annoying they move suddenly... Clock shows 1pm dad returns from work and I've just completed level 2. I close my famiclone because we're going to the beach. After a joyous day there I come home and turn on my famiclone and go through to complete level 2 again. Wonderful times
I remember a trick I did was to hold down all the directional keys. That way when ever you hit something you would recover from the skid before the spin without moving further than necessary. I used a circular d pad tho. Don't know if it worked for key type pads

Love this game. I have it on the sega saturn MSX collection. Only difference from the NES version is spritework and the fuel meter being a bar instead of a counter in this version.
