I am playing a Elsbeth (dunno what she was called) campaign and with 2 armies I fucking rolled over the Counts. I was so confused why I struggled so much with Franz then I remember hellstorm rocket battery and Dragon and gun powder lots of gunpowder

It occurred to me while watching this video how great a live-action Warhammer Witch Hunter show would be. Netflix's The Witcher crossed with Hugh Jackman's Van Helsing from 2004.
This episode was chosen in a UA-cam poll we did a couple of weeks ago. We will be releasing some more short stories in the coming weeks. In this fan-made story, we get into the shoes of Witch Hunter Wolfram Webb as he is sent into a mission into Sylvania. Your constructive feedback is always more than welcome. You'd think all the Witch Hunters would form a single big crusade and put as much of Sylvania to the torch as possible, sparing only those they could adequately deem as not evil.

Honestly I never really enjoyed witch hunter/inquisition (because lets be honest - many of them are just armed differently) stuff, because the dick-part of the things they do take center stage. But this shortstory shows why they are so important to humanity in the warhammer universe. Badass narration as always. Thank you!
Late as hell but that's kinda the fun part of 40K/WFB, the Inquisitorial forces in the setting are actually necessary, if anything they actually underestimate their importance. Men like Victor Saltzpyre are actually what they think they are despite people prodding them, Witches are out spreading plagues and Ratmen are kidnapping the homeless and Goblins are shanking wine and ale merchants in the alleyways and someone has to somewhat quietly handle them or the world will just fall in a night.

Fitting listen while building Doralia Ven Denst to finish my Cities army and building my necromancer to start my Soulblight Gravelords army...
I based one of my characters models story and lore sylvania about a heroic nobleman named Lance Vaughn Shricket who gets turned by a vampire countess after defeating a orc Warlord who fatally wound him on the borders of Sylvania
the countess was watching him in the trees as the orc warboss fought Lance day turn into night as both combatants made their last attack Lance's sword cleaving the orc warlords head clean off the warboss Choppa cutting into the rib cage of Lance fatally wounding him the countess flew off the tree branch in her albino Varghulf forum as mist and fog surround
Lance all he could do is lay there bleeding slowly weak from Battle he stared at the White Varghulf red eyes as it's wings expanded over him with the mist finally evaporating all around him?
so Lance he's basically a good guy posing as a witch hunter I would tell more of the story but it's pretty long and I just wanted to put a introduction on the model of the character I made a long time back Sylvania inspire me to make the model of this character and his story and lore

@@williamfriedel7099 Lance woke up into the darkness trying to recall what just happened then he remembered the nightmare he just had of the huge white bat lunging for him was it just a dream was he dead are alive it was so dark he can hear the drips of water echo in the distance
then he remembered the wound he had he reached down the side of his ribs were the orc Warlord slashed open of his ribs as he felt his skin it was smooth
flash remade anew a voice came out of nowheres I see your finally awake then all the candles and the torches lit up the darkness his eyes we're burning trying to get used to the light and his surroundings
and then he finally saw who was in the crypt with him a beauty he never thought he see in lifetime her skin was pale as the Moon her hair was Snow White and long but her eyes were purple
she weared a silk purple dress with a leather belt with bones strapped out on both sides of it and the finest gem's crested on it her metal shoulder pads had faces with their mouth open their eyes had Ruby like gem's crested inside their sockets with a red cape wrapped around her
she smiled looking Lance up and down as he had long brown hair and his muscles had scars of various sizes his eyes were green Lance got up from the stone slab table who are you and what have you done to me Lance said
O and this is gratitude for bringing you back into existence as she smiled then Lance saw her long canine teeth in his mind he heard the stories about them but seeing it before his eyes was a reality he wish he didn't see come now
I won't hurt you I would have done that a long time ago raising her right hand towards him Lance well I see that since I have no sword and no other options he walked right past her and pointed his hand towards the stairwell shall we she smiled I knew there was something about you I like as they both went up the stairs
the upper room was quiet and empty all Lance could do was wait for his opportunity for he had any clothes armor or weapon's they went to the second floor to a room where she had clothes waiting for him he put them on
then he noticed something out the window he look out the window and saw a massive army of skeleton's and zombie's horde's of bat's flooded the sky and then he saw a figure riding on a dark horse his armor was crimson red his hair was dark as midnight and then the figure looked up at Lance at the window and smiled a wolfish grin
Lance stood back into the young woman as she held her hand around his neck tightly whispering in his ear you seen him did you Lance more like he saw me young woman he could be a little eccentric but he's a fool he'll have us all killed in the end
Lance you still haven't told me what you want from me or the pleasure of your name O the name is countess Moonshade and what I want from you it's very simple a champion that I can rely on Lance is that the reason why you brought me back from the brink of death
moonshade so you think you have all the puzzles put together she bent down closely to his ear even more caressing his neck no there is a lot more than I want from you as Lance look out the window he Felt no beat to his heart
He felt lost and strangely attracted to her he knew his life belong to her he bend down from her hold kissed her right hand and asked her what would you have me do countess
patience my champion we have all the time in the world as her hand caressed his face the door slowly shut off on its own?
well that's alI can give you from this story that I can remembered the rest of the story notes I put in a box forgotten in the Attic so I hope you enjoy and thank you

Considering the types of enemies, they face are witch hunters able to bring along followers for aid, similar to how inquisitors in 40k use their retinues to assist them in their investigations or to provide extra firepower?

I liked this, but we never found out what happened to the Unit that never returned and the reason the Witch Hunter was sent there in the first place.
Would have liked the Necromancer to raise some of the Soldiers to fight the Witch Hunter, then we would have our answer.

For all we know, they fell prey to another. Or worse yet: To one of the Von Carsteins...

Sometimes I just want a story about the life of a peasant in ... Averland(whatever). Don't no bloodshed, just some in universe look at how a common life looks like. This is something that is, in my opinion, missing greatly from Warhammer(in general). We have more than enough adventures and wars, but what about more everyday stuff?
