God created nature for us, His biggest creation to enjoy and we can only stand in awe🙌🏻 Thank you for sharing our beautiful country with us and the rest of the world. We just enjoy every video of you❤
You've been truly blessed by God to be able to travel and film such beauty! I've been blessed by Him in that you are willing to share it with the rest of us. Simply awesome to see.
These videos are such a blessing, as I'm planning my first ever trip to the Drakensberg. Thanks for all the effort you put into these and for informing and empowering the rest of us to explore our beautiful country and enjoying God's creation.
Absolutely incredible! What God made!!!❤ I'm loving these videos, brother. Still watching the hunting ones too, as that's how I start watching but I'm always drawn to the interior beauty of South Africa!!!
I’m taken aback with the amazing view of the landscape of South Africa and make me keep watching your videos one after the another. Hope I could visit your country and experience the view myself, someday 😊 Love from Malaysia 🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾
This is such a trip! I went up the back end of the Amphitheatre in early '94, with a group of some good friends. I remember that overhanging white sandstone cliff on the road very well. Unfortunately the waterfall was completely dry, but that scenery is next level! There's no way I could do that hike now, in my 50s, but I'm so glad I did it then!
Point of Correction Sentinel Peak is not in clanse but Qwaqwa/phuthaditjhaba,that's my home town ,Clarens is about 40km away from Qwaqwa via Golden Gate Route
YES, once again a fantastic travelog , from your earlier ones on construction of your pickup conversion to todays , each new one gets better than the last, the drone footage is such a plus to the entire video which is great even without it. Seeing your gorgeous country as you do, and your running commentary with tidbits of information others might not even think of makes your videos so much better. Also like the cooking and food parts that you include. your UA-cam subscriber totals should be in the millions , folks just don't know what they are missing !. I hope You and your lovely wife continue on these trips and adventures for many years to come, I look forward to them and being as I will never be able to travel to your country to see it for myself I am depending on you to show it all to me, thanks and be safe.
I love your videos so much broer it's unbelievable. Great work always. You are the luckiest person to be exploring this beautiful country of ours. Man I love your work 💃😙
Hay Mate. Really enjoying the series. In the last one I watched you entered the free state. So good to see that area as I have some relatives that live there. I used to watch all the Tarzan movies when I was a kid and it looks nothing like those old movies. Enjoy the shooting ones as much. Good day from Queensland, Australia
Just discovered your videos. Spectacular, binged loads of them this morning. I was tempted to post a wise-ass remark about the Tugela being the highest waterfall... but your description silenced me nicely...😂
Great Video again, places i have been many years ago. Have a small correction to make, Tugela Waterfall is almost the highest, but gets beaten by 32 meters by the Angel Waterfall in Venezuela. Sorry no offence. I still prevers Zuid Africa. Lekker bly.
For some time it was impossible to see images of Tugela Fall. Now the internet and tourism and drones provide. As a fan of Angel Falls I’ve wondered about measurement and now I know there is a problem. Define free fall drop as opposed to cascade with drops. While the Drakensberg region is very, very stunning - wish I were there - Angel Falls presents itself with blatant majesty. Now I feel shame for giving critique upon geology. So glad to see all of this .. as I sit at home as an old guy.
Awesome footage, Matt, thanks for taking us viewers with you. Quick question, I heard You said that the rocky road part to Amphitheatre you need a 4x4 with high clearance, would it be possible with high clearance "bakkie" with diff-lock and capable driver, or is 4x4 a must?
@@mattdubber thanks so much for speedy reply, agree will defnitely keep my eye on weather. Did hiking trails near Clarens and Southern Drakensberg, but can't wait to explore where you've been. Kind Regards and blessed festive season for you and family.
Were you really lucky with the weather, what month were you there? When is the best time to visit the Drakensberg mountains? I was there at the beginning of March and it rained for three days and the forecast was like this for the whole week.
Great content but please hunting/ shooting wild animals for fun ..

Absolutely Excellent Matt and Nicole , Thank you, we will be exploring this route in Feb 23.
Best video so far! Well done! This really showcases our country beautifully! Why anyone would want to immigrate is beyond me!

It was re-measured recently👍🏻 But as you say, I don’t think it can really be confirmed as its difficult to measure a waterfall precisely!

You would probably be fine, provided it wasn’t super wet or snowy!

Sorry you are right with the hight.😵😵👍👍

Winter has less rainfall. Always better to go in winter (unless you don’t like the cold)
Brother where do you get all the names of the mountains please?
Hi mate, coming from Australia to do most of this. What is the GPS app you use? Thanks
Sorry another question. That place you stayed in the Log cabin on the mountain. Do you need a 4x4 to get there thank you.
Just.... 😭
We have the EXACT same amount of subscribers the time I am commenting this.. 😬
