- Hello again everyone!! This video is pretty different from my past content but I want to try something new!!
I wanted to make this video because I have found every meditation video out right now either wants you dead focused on the screen or the video is too long to finish before you fall asleep! Hopefully this video is a good length to reach that point right before sleep where you can doze off easily!
Side note 1: I had a request for a video that I am unable to complete 😭 so sorry about this to the person who asked!! I tried ordering the book you suggested but the shipping prices were crazy!!

Words cannot describe how much this video helped me, especially the prayer, as often I find myself struggling coming up with the words to say. I struggle tremendously with my mental health, and I just felt guilty after having an episode where I feel like I failed God. But I thank you for this video, and the amount of time and effort you put into it. The dim lighting helped me relax a lot, and didn’t distract me when I closed my eyes. Thank you so much. Truly. About that book request from another person. Don‘t feel pressured to buy a book just for a video. Often people ask smaller asmr channels to buy them to generate purchases for that book. I‘ve been following small channels for very long now and different people request the same book on different channels. Not sure about this one but i am pretty sure i‘ve seen this particular book requested several times before.
