About Sognefjellet from Lom
Sognefjellet is the highest and most impressive mountain pass in Northern Europe. There are two approaches to this pass, one from the east and one from the west. On this ride, you take the longer and more gentle approach from the east (Lom). The scenery on this ride is simply jaw-dropping. You ride along rivers, waterfalls, and lakes. As you get to the highest point (Fantesteinen) at 1,434 meters, you can enjoy some amazing views of the snow-filled mountains. The ride ends at the Sognefjellshytta Ski Centre which is popular with Nordic skiers in the summer. The ride is part of Sognefjellet National Tourist Route and is a true bucket-list ride.

Just add music:
Most cyclists would agree that the ride to Col du Tourmalet is awesome. But when it comes to music opinions are very mixed. This is why we recommend adding your favorite music to the ride. It is quite simple. Mute UA-cam and open a browser window. Find a site that offers music (Spotify, UA-cam, etc…) and pick the music you like, and enjoy the ride... The original sound of the ride has been left out. This is because the natural sound of the surroundings is drowned by noise from passing cars, vibrations from the road, wind, and the rider's breathing.

Nice view
Thank you for posting.
Thanks a lot for this awesome ride in that fabulous scenery. Hope to cycle there once. Regards from Argentina.
Argentina sounds like a nice place for cycling too :-)
So energetic ride for Saturday morning, thanks for this ride! kids enjoyed snow for a while it's awesome :)
This road 55 Lom village to Sognefjellet mt pass, Norway highest public road. At Galde (near the church) the road to Mt Galdhøpiggen (Norway's highest summit) begins. The river at 30:23 is colored gray because of glaciers upstream
I just love Norway thanks.
It is a beautiful place :-)
Perfecta, como siempre. Tus vídeos nunca defraudan
These are really beautiful routes, but it would be more satisfying if the video was made from a bike.
I do agree. Would definitely be an improvement.
Awesome ride.... Like ALWAYS!!!
Great video. But please, it would be better if the video would be filmed in 60fps because I could slow it down to 0.5x and get 30fps.
I slow it down to simulate bike ride speed instead of car speed.
Because it's filmed in 30fps I can't slow it down to 0.5x because I get choppy video at 15fps...
Rouvy app has the same problem - cars go with 60kph and I ride my indoor bike at 30kph so the video filmed at 30fps gets a choppy 15fps.
Please try to film at 60fps in the future. 2K at 60fps is more than enough ! No need for 4K. Go PRO does support 2K at 60fps even 4K at 60fps.
Thank you for your efforts.
