    Is it possible to visit Ireland with UK visit visa, departure is from country Kuwait,visa applied from Kuwait and return ticket to India.

      Hi
      Indian nationals applying from India are given BIVS visa, as per the scheme. It says the applicant must be a resident in India during application.
      You can check that on your visa, when you get it. If BIVS is stamped on it, you can visit Ireland.
      Thanks

    • @the_nrimallu
      @the_nrimallu  2 роки тому +1

      Hi
      If you are an Indian citizen and a resident in India , while applying for the Irish tourist visa, you would automatically get a BIVS visa.
      I have explained the same in the video.
      Thanks

    Hi. I am a nurse planning to migrate to Ireland to work and stay.. currently I m staying in India. My sister is working in UK.. Can I also apply for BIVS?

    • @the_nrimallu
      @the_nrimallu  2 роки тому

      Hi
      BIVS is for visit visa/ short stay visa. When you come to work in Ireland or uk, you will be on long stay visa and BIVS is not applicable.
      Thanks

      Hi
      No.. you would need to take a proper visa for that, if you are a resident in Ireland.
      work visas are resident/ long term visas. This scheme is applicable only to short stay visit visas.
      Thanks
