    Hi 👋 Mam I'm facing Dangerous Indigestion problem on my body From the last 2.5 years how much and whatever I eat it just not simply gets digestion fully propelry and absorbes in my body I have unnecessary loosed my weight alott
    My overall digestive syestem has been very weak I feel little pain and iritaing pressure from navel area to stomach area gas gets created bloating happens
    Shoud I do kapalbhati kriya for this kind of problems would it help me

    TQ very much Ujala behen Everything OK except one shortcoming as to how end prnym For that one has to long breath and close d rt nostril and exale forcely throuh left nostril TQ
