This montage will be in the movie mark my words.
There's a movie coming out?
@@Ibhenriksen no but everyone has said they should make a movie about this day or just a documentary about this day would be cool if they ever make one for Oakland A’s
@@edwyncoronakummer9723 Oh absolutely. As a baseball fan, I'd watch.
@@IbhenriksenSame
If the A's make a remarkable comeback in the following years then it would be a sick movie, and this would be a cool scene.
Granted, I'm not an A's fan, but they deserve to stay in Oakland. You guys are amazing. This reverse boycott was a success. Hope you do more this season. I'd love to go to the next one if you have a couple more this season
They aren’t amazing. It’s a crappy team that doesn’t get supported by a city full of crappy economic decisions, and a small fan base that only cares when good things happen
The loyalty of these fans remind me of Brooklyn Dodgers fans. Don’t let Oakland get Brooklyned!
As an Angels fan, I hate seeing you guys go through this. Respect for coming together and doing that. Love your stuff, keep it up
🙏
Can’t wait to go to angel stadium next month, coming from North Carolina
@@aldenweaver8237 That’s awesome man, also from NC, Lake Norman area
I want Vegas to get a team but I want it to be an expansion team. Oakland fans deserve to keep their team. The A's are Oakland! This is incredible! As a long suffering Mets fan during the Wilpon years, I empathize with loving a team whose owner only loves money. SELL THE TEAM!
As a Mets fan I second this! Sell the team!
Sell the Team then what? Stay in Oakland? Nobody wants to be in Oakland. The A’s and the city tried for 2 decades to get a new stadium. Plus the so called true A’s fan stopped going to the games for the last few years. It is time to move on and be on a better place where fans can enjoy and feel safe when going to the game.
Oakland doesn't deserve jack squat. Black Lives Matter and the Oakland mayor have been trying to extort the A's for "equity" since 2020. They're are DEMANDING low income housing, Black jobs, contracts to Black-owned businesses only, and countless other things for the A's to stay. The woke mob has made it impossible to opertate a pro sports team in Oakland. Ever heard of the Raiders? The Warriors? Oakland is one of the worst cities on earth and easily the most racist city in the US. But about the Mets. Now you have Steve Cohen and you're still complaining about the Mets? The Mets are now one of the best franchises in sports thanks to Cohen and WILL win rings this decade. You're pretty clueless, bro.
@@michaelcrz1430 get a better owner who wants his team to win and not care about money to feel like an owner who likes them, that’s why they want so sell the team
Same thing here a expansion team would do much better and I guarantee there’s plenty of Bay Area rich folks who would buy the team
Cubs fan here, mad respect to all the fans for planning this. The Oakland A’s are America’s team!
Dodgers fan here. Sad to see A’s fans have to deal with a greedy owner . Glad y’all did this ficher needs to wake up and sell the team
I'm not giving up on this team. We deserve better. I love working the A's game and still cheering them on
Facts. We SF Giants fans want the As stay in Oakland! Bay Area is united under this cause! Solidarity to our Bay Area brothers and sisters.
Ain't that the truth!!! A's vs Giants games in the past always a blast. It is a sad thought to never have the possibility of another Bay Bridge series (no quake please!).
🙌
Why don’t the Giants allow the A’s to move to San Jose?
@@daviejz6698 San Jose wasn't a realistic proposition anyways I don't know why people bring this up just to cause debates. Fremont was still on the table.
Yo madd respect for SF fans and all MLB fans showing their love for the A’s to STAY IN OAKLAND!
Grew up a giants fan from my mom. But my grandpa loved the A’s. They belong in Oakland and true Giants fans support the Bay. GO A’s
Much respect from this Dodgers fan. I hope the A's stay in Oakland! SELL THE TEAM!
The day/night was awesome you ALL as super fans did a fantastic job at organizing this special event! Thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart. We were so happy to support and be apart of this. The message was sent loud and clear!
An amazing day, great chatting with you Gabe. From an outsiders perspective I see it as a huge win and statement . Don’t get to upset about some trash on the field. If that’s the worst to come out of this it’s a positive . The turnout was insane and I’m glad the A’s got the win. They earned it yesterday #RaysUp
I am huge Dodgers fans and i live in the greater LA area, but I am going to buy an A's hat in support for your guys' ball team. Those Brooklyn fans were devastated when the Dodgers left, and we can't let that happen to Oakland with their ball club.
I'm a Giants fan who completely agrees with you. The A's need to stay in Oakland.
I still can’t believe you met the lead singer of Green Day also I wouldn’t give up on your team as a Twins fan I know the experience as we almost lost our team to contraction in the early 2000s but we had a magical run to the ALCS in 2002 by beating the A’s and we got Target Field so don’t give up
Dodger fan here, great job yesterday by the Oakland A's fan base. I truly hope that YOUR TEAM stays in YOUR TOWN! Respect! 👊🏽
That guy that ran on the field was so funny
As a Mariners Fan, this video had me smiling the whole time. Wish MLB would step in and keep Fisher from moving the team, and that the city would find a way to keep the team in Oakland. Keeping you guys in our hearts! Thanks for the smiles!!!
Thank you for your support in Seattle
I would have been there if i was in the bay area last night. i watched the game from home and could still see the energy was amazing
I had to hold back tears from watching this. This was beautiful.
❤🙏
Applause and mad respect from us cheeseheads. We in Wisconsin know what it’s like to have owners break our hearts by gutting a team and moving for money.
Fisher, SELL the (bad words redacted because my kid watches) team!
A’s, stay where you belong!
Which team was that?
@@seamusmckeon9109s a Wisconsinite I have no idea unless he means the Milwaukee Braves in 1953. The Brewers have been threatened with relocation but there is no shot they do
The hawks and the og brewers…
@@xeditionstarwars6011 Braves in ‘66. And yes, Hawks. Plus, almost lost the Brewers once and Bucks twice.
As an Astros fan this makes me sad, you guys always give us the hardest battles. Wish you guys the best going forward! Great video, will be watching more.
Thank you 🙏
This makes me sad and mad. As a person who’s grown up an A’s fan their whole life, it sucks. That’s why I’m becoming a Giants fan. Baseball is a huge part of my life 😢💚💛
As an Astros fan, supporting you guys. This as amazing to watch. Now you have to go tomorrow and the day after and the day after. Go support your team.
Going tonight.
I want you to know you have all of the MLB fans behind you
Sending love as a Yankees fan
SELL THE TEAM
NY🤝OAK
As a longtime Braves fan from the 209, I just want to say THANK YOU 🙏🏽 😢😢 I love this game and I love Oakland A’s fans. #SellTheTeam
Boston Red Sox fan here, love the colosseum and ur videos hope they stay in Oakland
Dude last night was emotionally draining. Saw you walking around being a man of the people reaching out to people and its appreciated. Yeah i hated the guy running on the field and the trash being thrown. Baby got in front of me and all the neigh sayers are just going to cling on to things like that, that we shouldnt give them the ammo. But still all in all an amazing night that i will never forget.
Thank you for this. Last night was an experience I'll never forget. Been going to A's games since 2006 when I was 10 years old. As a first-born American, baseball was the first thing I gravitated towards growing up because my teacher in elementary school would play the A's vs Twins playoff series in '05. Hooked ever since and joined little league bc of that. Haven't been able to go to games since '14 bc of college and then the pandemic/work. I was initially not going to go last night, but changed my mind at the last minute and glad I did. #SellTheTeam #FisherOut #WeAreHere.
Keep fighting man, that shits just not right. - from a White Sox fan.
Incredible night at the Coliseum last night! I'll never forget it 💚 Thank you everyone involved with organizing this. Make no mistake about it we're not giving up on our team and we WILL keep fighting until the very end. The world can clearly see that the A's belong in Oakland. If Fisher wants to leave under these terms completely disregarding the most LOYAL fan base in baseball then MLB needs to step in and find a way to award the city of Oakland the Athletics brand & likeness and let Las Vegas come up with something entirely new with Fisher and Kaval at the helm. Vote NO on relocation!
Wow I love those green sell t-shirts
Rooting for you guys from Boston! Super super cool night
This gonna be one of the best scenes in Moneyball 2!!!
Made this Giants fan over here tear up with that vlog my guy. I was there as well chanting and having fun with all the A's fans and baseball fans. My heart goes out to all of you A's fans out there. Fun ass times going to the coli growing up and throughout the years.I'm gonna miss that atmosphere because it's up there to being one of the best in all of sports. Loved having that away game at home as a Giants fan because it was liiitttt
I'll be 30 this year, I have been an A's fan since because of my dad. He took me to my first home opener at 6 months old, and since that - I have only missed ONE. I have made my husband an A's fan, my daughter who is 8 is a fan and been to every home opener since she has been born, and same for my 2 year old son. We were there tonight, it was INSANE. I haven't heard it that loud since I was there for the 2019 Wild Card game with my dad. This was SO amazing to be apart of. I agree that the way it ended was WRONG. We did something incredible tonight, 28,000 fans of not only the A's but BASEBALL in general. My daughter ended the night crying as we were leaving because she did not like the garbage being thrown on the field, she woke up today and asked if we could go to Oakland and clean up the field for them. We proved the A's have fans, loyal fans to say the least, we were loud as shit, we came together in celebration, cheers, and good times, but it put a damper on the night with people throwing their trash. Do not give them more ammo and say "they don't deserve to have the A's because this is how they act". That is not us. We are a family there, and we showed that. I'm sorry for everyone who had to clean that shit up, and who even got shit thrown on them. That is not how last night should have ended. I did however hear there was dancing and singing in the parking lot after the game, and that is amazing. That is how we should celebrate. I love my A's, I will be loyal till I die, I will continue to show my support and come out. Thank you everyone for last night! LET'S GO OAKLAND!!! (P.S. - How can you not be romantic about baseball?)
This Phils fan was with you guys in spirit. What Fisher, Manfred, and the MLB are doing to the fans in Oakland is an absolute shame. You guys put on a hell of a showing, and I think Baseball fans everywhere are starting to understand just how screwed-up this whole thing is. Best of luck to ya.
I’m a Vegas local, never been an A’s fan, but have been very supportive of the A’s staying in Oakland. Vegas deserves its own team, they deserve a fresh start. I watched Adam the Woo this morning ready to see the stadium packed to the brim, sadly although it was an impressive show of support I feel this did more damage then good. John Fisher now has more ammo to say “even when trying to save their team the stadium didn’t fill up” he can now express that to all other owners who think with their checkbook and not with their heart. Again I really wanted this to work out for you all, just made me upset that you all didn’t get the support you needed from the city of Oakland and truly pack the stadium even knowing the money was going back to the community. If Fisher doesn’t sell the team I wish he would sell the rights to the name Athletic’s you all earned that name you all deserve the right to the name, you all have Heart, im still hoping by some miracle they stay in Oakland and Vegas get an OG team.
Mad respect from a Twins fan! You guys in Oakland have some of the best fans and deserve so much better. Right now I’m rooting for you guys! Sell The Team!!!
As a Pirates fan with a bottom tier owner ourself, we are rooting for you guys
Thank you
During the trashing, the security guards in our section were looking the other way, laughing, and chatting with us about how funny the earlier trespasser on the field was. The frustration runs deep. Even the staff are sick of it. The atmosphere at the coliseum has been bad for a few years and downright dour for the last two. It was cathartic for anyone who participated. The owners will call it Rickey Hendersen field, will say Rooted in Oakland, and then badmouth the fans when money is on the table. I don't think the fans should be embarassed, the owners should.
Found your channel last night working an overnight and love your passion!! 💚💚💚💚 From Boston!
Gabe, great video, sir! I was there in 129 last night (and we'll still be attending some more games too), but like you said, it was one of my favorite games I ever attended, if not the best. Appreciate you documenting it so I can always look back on the magical night it was. Oakland forever.
I'm rooting for the fans in all of this. I have loved seeing your coverage of this season and all of your dedication to the team. Y'all deserved this night; this win. Love from NY!
Thank you, we appreciate the love from NY
just gained you another sub, i remember going to ALDS Game 4 in 2012 when coco crisp walked it off and scored seth smith and i was just hugging every random A's fan around me in the right field bleachers when I was like 8 years old, this brings back so much nostalgia
Welcome to the channel! And thank you for subscribing
As a Pirates fan, I never thought there’d be a worse owner in baseball than McClatchy/Nutting but here we are.
I’m from Vegas and think the new stadium would look awesome but this video was awesome I’m sorry for the As fans I wish Vegas got an expansion team instead
As a Rays fan Im sad to see what has happened to the A's. They deserve to stay in Oakland.
Respect+
When your organization does such a trash job of managing fans gameday experience, that the fans start doing it themselves.
Yall are troopers
We are used to doing things like this ourselves. They shut us out and stopped communicating with their fans
Im a mariners fan, and i was gonna make the treck down from the pnw to support you guys last night but something came up last minute. Really disappointed I couldn't come. As a mariners fan, i know what its like to lose. Everyone in the PNW supports you guys.
SELL. THE. FUCKING. TEAM.
Energy in the coliseum was electric. Reminded me of the 2019 wild card game. It was great to meet you it person. Get video as always 😊
It was great to meet you as well. Thank you 🙏
I was at this game and even made a Vlog video about it too. Great time seeing a lot of fans unite and send a message to MLB, Fisher and the rest of the world. Almost felt like I was in a movie going to the Reverse Boycott game. Hopefully another one like this happens next season. It ain't over until its over. Sell The Team Fisher, Stay In Oakland, Lets Go Oakland!!!!!! YEEEEEEEE
Congrats on a great night. Sending support from Canada!
I feel for you guys! It's heartbreaking, truly. Oakland fans are some of the nicest and most loyal fans of any sports team I've ever met. I'm glad y'all got a big win against my Rays on the day as well!
As a rays fan, I loved every second of watching this game. Stay in Oakland!!
Thank you 🙏
You have the support of this Royals fan. Keep up the fight.
Much love from San Diego I know the pain we lost our chargers to a terrible owner would love to come up for a game soon
I’m so proud of you guys and showing out , I went to the game on the 12th and to watch on tv the crowd chanting together it brought a tear to my eye so proud of us
Billie Joe Armstrong just hanging out watching a ball game.
I’m from Vegas and love baseball and the Yankees but you fans deserve the A’s in Oakland
I have love for Oakland coming from a Mets fan great work love the passion and the fans deserve better than your crappy owner. SELL THE TEAM!!! Stand up 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thank you, Gabe for being an awesome fan and documenting!
The Dave Kaval bobble-head is PRICELESS!
That was amazing. Great work as always Gabe. We love the A’s and this is a reminder to the world of baseball and sport that they belong in OAKLAND.💚
I watched my beloved Chargers move from San Diego to our biggest enemy, LA. Broke my damn heart. I know the pain you guys are experiencing. Best wishes to you from Padres fans. Proud of your turnout in the reverse boycott. The viral videos were amazing.
I feel so bad for you guys, lost our Sonics and it hurt. Much respect from this Mariners fan for the loyalty.
They will return soon have faith.
you guys are awesome! congrats on a successful event and I hope that you guys get to keep your team! SELL THE TEAM
Thank you and many other fans for planning this event, I’m the only one in my family that is an A’s fan and sports fan in general since 2013, first game in 2017, from the 209 and fell in love with the culture. My only dream is to pass it on to my future kids and grandkids, hope we stay and will not stop till the team is sold and kept in Oakland💚💛
As a Mets fan, you're doing God's work posting this for the people that give the middle finger to Vegas. *SELL THE TEAM* ‼
Imagine the kids who live in Vegas who never have a home sports team. Fuck You
❤❤❤ that Was Such a Great Time and Game .... I'm so Proud of you Gamer and Your Crew ... You guys made a Huge Statement to All of MLB ....Whatever happens going forward You guys have made Baseball Fun again... Keep up the Great Work and having Fun... CHEERS and SEMPER FIDELIS....!!!!!
Wish you guys luck in this, great work rallying everyone. Oakland fans are some of the most dedicated for sure.
I've gone my whole adult life without my hometown team, so I truly appreciate the grit of the Oakland fanbase. You deserve a real owner. Makes me wish we had social media in 2004 to coordinate something on this scale. Your message that stay or leave, you'll be fine really hit home. It took me 10 years to build up to the point where I could start following baseball again. Much love from Montréal #NosAmours #WeAreHere
It is such a precious gift to past, current, and future A's fans that you documented this. What an awesome amazing day, so glad you guys were able to pull out the W and you got some fantastic footage. The final strikeout and immediately swiveling to A's WIN on the jumbotron was a kickass shot 👏🐘
This is such a beautiful moment, you guys have true passion it warms my heart. My team will be seeing you on friday, and i almost dont want to see my phillies win. Keep chanting for action.
Nothing but Love for A's fans from Lifelong Angel supporter now living in Vegas of all places.
The best night in Baseball this season.!!!
SELL THE TEAM! I don't know if you remember me at all, but I ran into you in the parking lot before the Reverse Boycott and it was awesome to meet you, even just briefly. I'm a Cubs fan who was originally in the area for their series against the Giants, but I had to stick around to see this game on Tuesday and witness baseball history. I'd never been to an A's game before, and it was incredible to see the Coliseum packed out with probably the most passionate fans I've ever witnessed. The fact that it was an entirely fan organized/funded event was truly amazing, keep up the fight dude! Like tons of people are saying already, fanbases across the country stand with you Oakland fans and want to see this team sold to ownership who actually cares. Sell the team John Fisher!
You should do this again on September 16th and get the Padres fans to join in. San Diego is a success story about how a ballark can change a neighborhood and a city. Oakland fans deserve something that nice or nicer.
Crazy part is that there are buyers but fisher doesnt give a shit
What a great night for you guys. Congrats. We fans of all other teams are rooting for you.
Much love and support from Canada! ❤
If you plan another game like this I'll come down and join you guys.
I'm a Blue Jays fan from SoCal who for a while was living in Central California. While I was up there, I was able to go to the coliseum for a Jays vs. A's game and even though it may not be the best venue in the world anymore, the passion I saw from the fans was amazing. Through thick and thin you guys have supported your team and only in recent years as ownership has done everything for themselves and little for the fans, I still see the passion. From this Blue Jays fan who was kindly welcomed at the Coliseum back in 2017, I want to say thank you and offer my support. I stand with Oakland. #SellTheTeam #StayInOakland
Amazing video. My wife and I were in section 207. Without a doubt, a sports moment we'll never forget. So glad we made the effort to go to that game, it was like a religious experience.
I agree about the garbage throwing. I understand why people did it, but I felt awful for the staff that had to deal with that. A complicated end to a legendary night.
You all were awesome! I wish I could have been there, but I could only be here in spirit. I hope someone comes forward to buy this team. I am hoping and praying for you all. You know, maybe you all should do this every home game. Good Luck!
Man you guys had some fun......I felt the energy thru the TV!!! You all should be proud of your efforts and community spirit.
Definitely are feeling proud of this. I’m this is probably the best game I’ve ever been to. It felt surreal.
I’ll admit, I truly didn’t think it would fill up very well, this was impressive! More than opening day on a Tuesday!! Y’all deserve an owner who cares.
Days before this we heard 13K and as the days got closer we heard 15K, 18K, 20K, and the day of 23K.
LETS GOOOOO! Loved everything I saw and heard last night on the broadcast.
As a Dodgers fan, I’m here supporting y’all from LA, you guys deserve better and I’m hoping for the A’s to stay in Oakland!
Thank you for the support in LA, I’ll be there visiting Dodger Stadium for the first time in August
Dodgers Fan, Really sorry for everything that has gone one. Wish you guys and your fanbase nothing but the best.
Seeing what you guys did last night says a lot and hopefully makes other teams’ fans do the same thing when you want to standup to cheap ownership or situations like this.
Good for you guys. Keep up the pressure!
Commented yesterday as a Yankees fan, sucks on TV they drowned out the crowd so much! Way to show y’all belong Yankees nation and all of baseball backs you! I’m from NC and would have loved to been there, very touching!
Damn!!!!
Adam the Woo and Something Or Other Tour?
That’s awesome!!!
Great video from a Giants fan.
Yes sir!
I’m a Giants fan but a diehard Raider… my memories of the Colosseum, Are just that now no more new experiences. Sorry UA fans gotta go through this. It’s a shame but I definitely feel your pain.
I'm proud you guys are fighting back
St Louis Cardinals fans wish you all the best, owners shouldn't be allowed to abandon cities like this.
Cheers from Chicago! This is awesome. Never been to Cali before but I fully support the A’s fans y’all got my respect! Stay in Oakland!!!
This was so amazing to see. As a Texas Rangers fan and huge rival of the A’s I am so happy for you guys and the fight you are giving to rightfully keep that team in your city! I stand behind y’all 100%🙏🔥 Oakland does not deserve to lose another franchise.
Couldn't wait for this video!!!!
from a royals fan i wish the as the best u guys are such a great fan base and deserve better
Epic Night, Let's Go Oakland! Huge props to all the A's Fans & Coliseum Workers!
