Odin, as I'm installing your requested devices, a problem has arise to the table. Unfortunately you'll have to pick a new device for the gym as the 49CMTV-WWF TrueAlert is not functioning properly(dead strobe, Hi-Lo, Siren, and Slow Whoop tones are corrupted/don't work), I suggest you pick a device that goes along with a Simplex 2099-9797 local fire alarm T-bar(hint, that's the conventional pullstation for the gym).
