Why is this judge allowing this defense attorney to keep bringing up police involved shootings? It literally has nothing to do with this case… in fact the mother being r@ped has nothing to do with this 5 year old being murdered… it’s so freaking frustrating. She literally tried to destroy evidence 40 minutes after the doctor told her her daughter was dead. She was more worried about herself than anything else. This is absolutely disgusting.

I think the attorney is trying to make her seem rattled and anxious being in a small room with two male cops causing her to keep changing her stories. Blame her lies on the cops tactics making her uncomfortable and not able to think right. She's a terrible actress.

I’m watching this and it’s getting on my nerves. Every time she cries , she does this deep breath thing right into the microphone. I don’t mean to be mean, it just seems like she’s trying really hard to make that jury think she’s so upset. Why wouldn’t you just tell the truth? And she slipped up. She was asked if Gavin was in the room when she first pulled the weapon out. She said no. Therefore, how would a TWO year old know to climb a closet, and find it?!? He never even saw it! No two year old is going to want to climb a closet to get into a bag?!??
