To think this band has been making music for years, and I’d never even heard one of their songs until this week. I’m saddened, I need to go on searches for music more often because this shit is powerful and their older stuff is prime!

Honestly I keep coming back to this album over and over. It must be something having to do with how unique it is and how much I appreciate the diversity of it all.
The first track has some rapped lyrics, this track is BEYOND brootal thanks to Adam, the jazz parts later on in the album are so catchy, even some of the ambient moments are striking and every blast beat or groove in-between vocal verses could be a song of it's own. It's such a relief after hearing djent copy after djent copy. This band is more technical than TesseracT at this point. Not even close to the same subgenre, but definitely close in one way or another.
You guys are incredible at what you do. If your next album is anything like this, I'm looking forward to having more tracks to bump loud, proud, and obnoxiously for the next couple decades.

I'm no expert, I only know what I hear from my personal perspective, but I feel this band would be complete if the lead singer stayed high scream and they brought in a low screamer like Adam Warren to sing in unison. Not trying to shit on Dali's lows, cause his highs are epic, its just good to focus on where you excel in my opinion and bring in others to add to it.
His "Highs" are literally "frys". You haven't heard real highs if you think this is highs. There are high frys and low frys, and he uses both, but his range is no where near as good as you think.

This is one of those bands where I can't pinpoint the exact subgenre. The vocals sound like post-hardcore. The tuning and breakdowns sound like deathcore. The shredding sounds like tech-death. The melodies sound like metalcore. I guess we can just call this progressive extreme modern metal.

Holy fuck Adam.. I'm a pretty decent metal vocalist, but the consistency from Adam from about 15 years of doing this style of vocals and he is literally just as good.. he's got the sauce! Very underrated harsh vocalist, and the guy can sing clean very well for those of you that don't know.. also great band, you guys got a new fan!
