    A request from an avid follower of yours, which is myself...
    Please give me your opinion on the best push up variation out of the ones I will mention for increasing the strength and size of pressing muscles used for HORIZONTAL pressing.
    A) One arm push ups with non pressing hand guarding your chin (Found that it makes the exercise more difficult).
    B) Hand release one arm push ups.
    C) One arm one leg push ups.
    D) Regular push ups with elbows tucked in.
    E) Divebomber push ups with high pike
    Currently I have been doing C for 2 sets of amrap per arm and D for 300 total reps with its first set being done to amrap, usually I do that everyday until max reps come down at which point I do easy days by doing both one set of half max reps for C and D, until recovery is complete, then I go back to the same routine.
    I am confused, OAOLPU caused the greatest strength gains ( I benched 50 kilo dumbbells for 9 reps first day in the gym), but then I also started doing my current routine with the inclusion of D for 300 reps which is increasing my strength even more.
    Should I replace D with E and out of the five variations, which one is the best for fastest horizontal pressing strength and muscle gains?
