Efficient and relaxed holds, movements and positions. Let the whole body take part the relaxation and efficiency from the very top of the head to the feet. This all begins by doing some stretching and Starker exercises prior to even touching the cello. You can't just dive in, but rather prepare to play and become relaxed and flexible beforehand.

Question:
ft looks like you use Hercules stands. Where did you get your bow holder attachment?
It's actually a clamp I got from home depot. I clamped it around the stand and used the handle to hang my bows on. You can hang two bows on one clamp.
