    I am noticing a lot of neck pain as I ramp up my cycling. Even got a bike fit. Guessing its a weakness in my posture off bike that is causing it. Hoping these exercises will help. Thanks!

    Hardly any views ... but cool content.
    Audio is a bit flaky, but all I needed to know to get more out of what I'm doing on and off the bike.

      Yep - I did this in the early days!! I need to get on this. I agree, the content is worth it but sorry for the earache, the audio is a little rough ;-)
