350 g wafer rolls
180g chocolate cookies
80g butter
400 g sour cream
300 g condensed milk
200 g cream (33-36%)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
8 g vanilla sugar or a pinch of vanilla
20 g gelatin + 100 ml water
