I had to grey rock instead of going full blown no contact because I was still living with my ex-husband until the divorce was over…. There wasn’t any contact other than two conversations and one day i went off on him about not doing what he was supposed to do about depositing money into the bank. I had been grey rock since after Christmas 2022 until March 2024 when we settled. Of course there was a couple of stupid spouts at the end of March before his 30 days was over per the court to get his things out. You CAN fret rock very well while even living with these people unless you are dealing with someone that is physical… Anyway, I missed this live but watched it tonight. Good show. 🙏
Yes Keisha is correct. There’s no use in going through therapy with a narcissist. My ex dirt bag of a narcissist of 38 yrs told me the only reason that he wanted us to go to therapy it wasn’t for him because there’s nothing wrong with him. He said I was so the therapist can diagnose me so they can figure out what’s wrong with me so I can get the help I need. Lol 😂
