Fantastic stuff man for sure, trying to get into certain business spaces here soon in Florida. I heard that in the past you may have had some conversations with powers that be, currently experiencing something myself and would be interested in picking your brain for a brief minute if possible. @@OriginaldoBo True. I watch a channel about Florida real estate and the property taxes there. Ouch! I lived in Tampa for a while in my late teens so Florida holds a spot in my heart.
Ken-dono, how do you make these turning/reveal shots, they are so insanely smooth, its like you glide when filming them. I only use very primitive, bare bones 😂 gimbal shots because whenever I experiment it looks like trash and I don't end up using it.

Transitions are short and jarring. The peaking gets old. Limited views of interior layout and land visualization. Best to approach from the Buyer’s prospective. I have had a few mil$ homes over the year's but ended selling in areas with high property taxes. $20k/yr is not fun. One home I sold 6yrs ago is now over $26k. You’re just leasing your home from the not so nice Uncle at this point.
@@Westweb3 I live in Tampa Bay, I shoot multi million dollar homes multiple times a month. But what Ken does here is too cutting edge for me and my clients I feel like, but I would still like to know how to make such videos. My videos are boring old cinematic walkthoughts with a lot of dolly shots, pans and some detail reveals. They get the job done but look boring af imo.
@@photograhy I feel like most of the general public doesn't like these kinds of videos. Too fast paced and jarring. You gotta find a nice sweet spot and use the efffects and transitions purposefully and minimally
