There's an episode of Wife Swap where one of the wives was an influencer. The husband had about as much fight in him as a kitten. As a way to get followers, she once went vegan in the name of getting more followers, and the husband had to go along with it, which he did without a fight. Then later when vegans were becoming unpopular she had them switch back. I remember thinking that the husband is just pathetic, but the wife was just sad.
"Calmest were the animators, but the family vloggers were a different story" Doesn't surprise me in the least. Animation takes *years* of practice to become good at it, so they know the value of patience. Family vloggers didn't do much more than pop out a couple of sproglets and stick a camera in their face. I feel like if we did a sociological study, we'd find the worst personalities in vlogging, and the most likeable ones in influencers who have to work really hard on a craft to get where they are. Just a hunch I have, personally.
The only thing about being famous is you need to be on all the time. I think lee from sclub7 said that he wanted to be famous but wanted a break but unfortunately you can't do that. You need to be in the mind of people 24/7.
Also, it totally makes sense for animation UA-camrs to be the nicest. They very much rely on hard work and not personalities that can get corrupted by clout.
This whole video is a testament to why I never want to be famous. I don't think I'd end up like some of these people, but I'd rather not find out.
Fame is shallow. Only upside is money.
Story 10: seems pretty in line with what you see from them on screen.
