I worked with high care dementia patients for a few years. The way he walks, the vacant looks, the wandering... He has all the signs of my former patients. It is cruel to make him work at the most high pressure job in the world.

The office has a minimum age. There is a cognitive element to this job for which there should also be a maximum age.
I think it should be like a driving license: test congress members every few years, more often the older they get, on a number of skills, specially cognitive ones. If a POTUS fails to pass these, then they should call presidential elections.

I spoke with Joe Biden after he gave a talk in 1977. If he'd had a stutter, I would have noticed.
There's a video from the 1980s where he gave an interview. It was in reference to the Falklands War. He was able to hold a long form interview and speak extemporaneously without a script without stuttering.

It is quite obvious that he does not write the script himself. The big question is who or who write for him? I am worried.
I was one of those people who was pointing out Biden's decline before he got elected. I knew it was just a matter of time before it became obvious to anyone actually paying attention that this guy was not in it for the long haul. Sadly, there are still a lot of people who think Biden is an acceptable option compared to Trump. Their standards are so low that you'd have to wonder if they have any standards at all other than "Anyone but Trump!"
