I’m a pushing 60 year old, retired cop. I follow a bunch of UA-camrs that do outdoor stuff. But, you are the only one that I find myself wanting to meet up with to camp and fish. For a camp cookie, a non-stick pan is everything. Wipe it out with a paper towel after using it and it's good to go again. Easy camping item right there.
You're 2 buddy friends seem to be nice people. Couldn't the gentleman help get the fire started for ya. Gosh! You did all the kabob cooking!

The kebabs look awesome. If u use two skewers you'll lessen the chance of the food spinning around and it would be more enjoyable to cook them. Nice job ! It's nice to sit and chill with friends.

If you soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 min before putting the food on it then they won't burn.

Juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small shallot, minced
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. Freshly Chopped Parsley
1 tbsp. freshly chopped chives
2 tsp. minced thyme
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
